This is not the kind of place you go to on a weekday evening when you can't find anything in the fridge for supper but for an occasion it is absolutely fantastic . Could not be faulted . Very pleasant staff , great ambiance , nice decor and superb food .Particularly generous amuse bouche , lovely selection of bread rolls , wonderful presentation of dishes . We chose the menu gourmand and it was great but looking around at other tables all the food looked very appetising . Saturday night and the restaurant was full and turning people away who hadn't booked

We stayed a stones throw away from this restaurant, it was pouring with rain, so we decided to try this little restaurant. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the food and wine delicious. There was a good, buzzing atmosphere as the restaurant filled up.

Looking for something simple for lunch after visiting the nearby Villa Savoye we followed recommendations on TA and headed for Casa Nonna. On the main shopping street up a small alleyway we were warmly welcomed and took a nice seat in the corner where we could watch the chef prepare the pizza - always one of the highlights for me in such restaurants! From previous reviews we weren't sure what to expect in terms of looks but were pleasantly surprised at the décor which was simple and clean if rather dated. Certainly in no way off putting! On a Tuesday lunchtime we were also surprised at how quickly the restaurant filled up with locals - always a good sign - and together with some pleasant back ground music all added up to a great lunchtime atmosphere.Having watched them being made, our pizzas when they arrived looked and tasted amazing with one of the nicest crispiest bases Ive had for a long time. Toppings were generous and delicious and prices were around the EUR10-12 mark or just shy of EUR 13 for two courses on the daily set lunch set menu with good value drinks.Casa Nonna has all the hallmarks of a traditional family restaurant run by husband (chef) and wife (waitress) and service was super friendly and quick. Overall bill for two of us including starters, pizzas, a huge slice of home-made Tarte Tatin, drinks and coffees was still less than EUR 50.Locally there is plenty of on and off-street parking with the usual free lunchtime period, a beautiful church, walks along the Seine and the wonderful Villa Savoye. Certainly enough to keep you occupied and worth making a detour to visit if in the area.An excellent value find and delicious food. Definitely recommended!

The fish was delicious - no question. The selection of cheese was as well. And the dessert was very good.But... we ordered a glass of apetizer and a juice to start with. I would have expected just a little something to snack with, but nothing was offered. When we ordered the cheese and the dessert, I specified that we would share both. They came in the same time though, so when we finished the cheese, the ice cream for the dessert was half melted and the brioche was half cold. I mentioned it but they ignored my remark. So the food is great, but the place not the best to my taste. We Forgot to give you something to Eat with the appetizers, it wes a mistake, i'm sorry. I think that the Waiter didn't unterstead you about the cheeses and the desserts. His english isn't fluently, i apologie. It may be the same about about you mentionned This mistake. Thanks to Coment your experience about our restaurant, and many thanks about the good quality of the food Hope too see you another time Antoine

Two of us stopped for lunch on a hot August afternoon. We were greeted and served by Dimitri who has a great personality and is a fine waiter. We chatted with two very friendly local ladies who were enjoying their Sunday afternoon wines. We had the salmon salad and cold chicken, both very fresh with ample portions. We actually found L'Instant by accident but we would return to it and see the Romanesque cathedral 1 block away.

A group of friends choose this restaurant for dinner. I am Portuguese and was curious to try. Service is very friendly, the restaurant is small so there is only one person attending all the tables. We had main meals. Everyone was very happy with their dishes. I had the octopus which was very tasty. The food was good, Portuguese inspired but elevated, not like most Portuguese restaurant which serve moreSimple dishes. I thought the price for the octopus was high at 29eur. Other dishes are more reasonable though. We also had an excellent wine and again the price tag at 40 eur for a Portuguese wine even if lovely as a little high I thought. But overall enjoyable experience and a change to see Portuguese food with a refined twist.

We were very curious to try this new restaurant, opened by the Prime Minister's ex-chef, together with our son who is a fine gourmet. The very austere decoration of bare grey and white walls created a very cold atmosphere. The service was very friendly and helpful. The dishes we tried (potimarron, chanterelles & salade de homard, followed by cochon iberique, homard and agneau dishes) were quite good but "sans plus", i.e. without that little extra that makes them memorable. We expected more. The Crozes-Hermitage wine was very reasonably priced. As we were finishing, the chef came out of his kitchen and wished us "bonsoir" and went on to sit by himself at the entrance without asking us any question. We were surprised by his lack of curiosity, given he is the new chef in our town. In the end we never felt welcome and left disappointed.Good morning sir,We feel disappointed if you had not appreciated enough your evening. The restaurant is voluntarily an uncluttered interior but nevertheless welcoming. We tried to do our best with each guest, but we can admit one's mistakes. We hope to see you to try once again our menu, the chef will be more attentive to exchange with you.Thank you,Christophe Langrée.

Place is small, nice decoration, extravagant in some ways, food was good but our dishes ver uncomfortable to eat due to the plates we got, way too expensive and they give an arrogant impression

The service was efficient- not friendly but fine. Itâs the food I want to complain about.French onion soup was flavorless except for the heavy cheese. Worse was the beef burgundy. If there was any wine in that sauce I could not taste it. Bland mashed potatoes with virtually every dish on the menu. The creme brûlée was fine at least. I hope you will avoid this restaurant so that the next time I stay in Paris there will be a new restaurant in that very convenient spot.

A perfect evening, with truly great food, a very warm wecome and impeccable service. Every facet of the meal was of the highest quality, from the delicious ingredients to the sophisticated combination of flavors to the beautiful presentation, including 1/2 bottle of wine per person that perfectly complemented the food. Every mouthful of all three courses was memorable. This wonderful restaurant is worth a special trip.
