When your hotel does not serve breakfast - which is a shame - the A&W saved my life. I got a traditional breakfast with juice and coffee and loads of bacon and eggs and fat toast for 10 Canadian dollars.

But still an impeccably clean place to grab some food. The decor is very bright and cheerful, and staff were very friendly. The food is not inspired, plain and basic. There are a number of great eateries in Fort Macleod, so if you're looking for a culinary experience, this is not your place. We had a burger, chicken strips, and fries. It's too bad that the operators haven't developed as least one dish from their culture that is fast-food oriented, or at least gotten the fries crispy and nice. Nothing wrong with the food we got, not great either.

At 8 pm we jumped into this restaurant after that all others in Fort Mac Leod were already closed. The owner told us that he could prepare for us just food to take away because it was too late, so I told him that in Italy we start eating after 8.00 p.m. . Taken from its pride he said us that we could sit down. Well I can say that the food we tried was really delicious and the portion were really big. At the end when we had the bill...we remained happily surprised because we paid just 38 $ for a full meal and two beers. It's one of the Best Chinese style restaurant where I've ever been.

We ordered two 12-inch pizzas today. The waitress told us they are made from scratch and would take about 30 minutes..well worth the wait. My wife had a gluten-free Hawaiian pizza (she has celiac) and I had a veggie pizza. Both were excellent and at $28 for both (AND we took away half of both pizzas), it was also good value. We do not eat out a lot, but I'd say this is the most satisfied I've been with a restaurant meal in a long time.

We were passing through Fort Macleod and were looking for somewhere for lunch. We ended up at New Hong Kong Restaurant.
We tried one of their Vietnamese dishes, Rice Vermicelli. It was ok but rather disappointing. My wife thought that she could taste something moldy. I didn’t notice it.
There is free parking out front.
We won’t be back.

Absolutely the worst dining experience my family and I ever in countered!
Waited over an hour for our orders, and then got slapped with a $95.00 bill and then was given wrong change! Had to re-approach the waitress to ask for our right amount of change back!
Never again will we attempt to return, service poor, food poor, and they charge $2.95 per each small cup of coffee which was also gross!
My only recommendation is to stay away!

We had our Christmas Party meal at the Grill. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly courteous and welcoming. The meal was excellent and the fact that we could bring our own wine was really good. I definitely have no problems in recommending this restaurant.

Cafe Orange will try their best to create a comfy enviroment and relaxing experience for those trying to get away from the stresses of daily life.
We were driving back to Calgary from Waterton Lakes National Park and we stopped here for breakfast. What a pleasant surprise this turned out to be. Our big breakfast of scrambled egg, hash brown, toast and wonderfully delicious maple-cured bacon was awesome. Coffee was also really good and some of the best we've had in Canada so far.
Cafe Orange is definitely worth a stop!

Very good customer service. My cheese chicken Sandwich was good and cruncgy. Dad liked his veal cutlet. Steak was ok. Poutine was delicious. Wife's ceasar salad was ok. Price was reasonable. My sweet potato fries with aioli sauce was excellent. Overall very good ambience and food!
