We could not find a hotel room anywhere in Fort Collins due to graduation and freshman move out! Kiva Inn saved the day and found us a room. The man on the phone was so kind, understanding and helpful. We were very impressed with the staff, hotel and cleanliness and will stay here again!

As Old Town Fort Collins’ only independent hotel, we remain dedicated to the comfort of our guests, and to our heritage. That’s why, in 2019, we fine-tuned and enhanced our offerings, including our guest rooms, public spaces, and expanded lobby. Our team, with General Manager George Prine at the helm, love sharing their passion for Fort Collins with you, ensuring you have a personalized, memorable stay. We invite you to linger with friends in our lobby or check out the local items we offer in our Mercantile. If you’re keen to explore the town, ask us for a complimentary bicycle. And don’t be surprised if you come downstairs and find we’ve set up an impromptu cocktail tasting on a Friday afternoon, or there’s a guitarist playing in the corner. That’s just the way we do things here. We are pleased to announce the completion of Ace Gillett's Lounge renovation and refresh. Check out our new music programming, a renovated interior and reimagined small plates and beverage menus to elevate your experience.
The Armstrong Hotel is located in the heart of Fort Collins. The lobby was decorated nicely and the staff were friendly at check in. We stayed in a Deluxe King Room because I had read other reviews saying the standard rooms were a bit small. The room was spacious, clean and cute but there was only a small chair to sit on. Even though the room and bathroom was spacious, there was very little counter space or hooks to put things on. The bathroom appeared a little dated. Parking was $18 to park in the lot behind the hotel but we were able to find free street parking a couple blocks down. The hotel also has free bikes that you can rent so that you can bike around the small town, university campus, or along bike paths along the Poudre River. Overall a very cute and conveniently located boutique hotel in the heart of Fort Collins but could use a bathroom remodel and more counter space and seating in the room.

Stayed here on business trip for a couple of days and had to stay an extra day, staff had no problems helping me book the extra night. Clean, comfortable, and the pictures definitely do not do this hotel rooms justice. Stay here you will not regret it!!!

We came here for our friend's graduation from nearby CSU. It was our first time in Ft. Collins, and this hotel was an amazing introduction! Great gift bag with local beers and CSU swag. Hotel actually has a wonderful flavor to it with the musical influence and turntables in every room (unlike many other Autograph Collection hotels that could just as easily be standard Marriotts.) Loved the Sunset Lounge for drinks and the Emporium for dinner or just a drink at the bar (great Amaro selection!) Location is unbeatable - quick walking distance to restaurants or the New Belgium brewery. Will certainly stay again if I ever am in the Ft. Collins area again!

We were in town for a second time for a nearby seminar. The first time, we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn across the parking lot. This time, we stayed at the Cambria because it got higher ratings and cost only a little more. We did not think that the Cambria compared favorably and were surprised that it wasn't rated lower. It was just average. The room was dated, the furniture in the room felt cheap, including a computer chair that felt unstable. They had cards in the room indicating that they would only provide room cleaning service once every three days. The coffee setup had the bare minimum, and we had to go downstairs to restock since they weren't providing daily service. The people there were friendly and seemed to be doing the best they could, but it felt like they were barely getting by with a skeleton staff.

The hotel is clean but worn. It’s only claim to fame is it’s proximity to the CSU CAMPUS. This last trip was for our son’s graduation. The room was very expensive. We chose the hotel because parking is very challenging. What pushed us over the edge was the lobby computer. This thing was so old if you starred at it, it would freeze. In multiple attempts spanning 45 minutes I was unable to check in for our flight home and print our boarding tickets. The staff was apologetic but of no help. For the money they charge one would think they could invest in a new computer. Last year, they checked us in with the airline on their computer. This is not a new issue. Again the room was clean. The breakfast ok. The pool seemed nice. Just very expensive and a simple amenity every other hotel/motel has didn’t work and hadn’t for a long time..
