The city lies on Biscayne Bay and hosts the Biscayne Bay Campus of Florida International University, and the North Miami campus of Johnson & Wales University. Originally the town of "Arch Creek", the area was incorporated as the "Town of Miami Shores", which was renamed the "Town of North Miami" in 1931. It was reincorporated as a city in 1953.

Located in sunny isles. They have other locations in Miami. Easy parking. Decor is simple, but sufficient. We tried several dishes, but the arroz caldoso was very good. Is like a paella, but more juicy. Service is good. Wine selection is mostly from Portugal (good or bad??)Localizado en Sunny Isles. Ellos tienen 1 o 2 ubicaciones en Miami. Fácil de estacionarLa decoración es sencilla pero suficiente. Probamos varios platos, pero el arroz caldoso fue el mejor. Es una paella muy jugosa. El servicio fue bueno. La selección de vinos es básicamente de Portugal ( bueno o malo ??)

We have eaten here several times. The food has always been excellent - very authentic. The service is great. We go early with our kids to beat the crowd. We stopped by Le Zoo with friends while shopping at the Bal Harbor Shoppes. Beautiful ambiance (very French bistro) and a nice wine list. Food was limited, especially if you are a vegetarian and dairy-free. Nevertheless we had a glass of wine and lots of fun..A little noisy too!

Great breakfast place with tasty dishes. Have been here several times and always leave pleased. Menu extensive with something for everyone. Quiches are delicious. Staff is friendly and efficient. Owner is actually French. Have the lemon tart even if you are not hungry; perfect blend of sweet and tart!

The lunch selections were many and we chose soup and sandwich which was excellent. Will keep coming back for lunch only. Their drinks are overpriced like $12.

Small restaurant, maybe 8 assorted tables and a little noisy, but excellent dishes with a good selection. Concerned and professional waitstaff. Beautiful presentation and delicious from the bread to the desserts and every course in-between!
