Every Tijuana Flats meal is MADE TO ORDER with the freshest ingredients that are prepped the same day you enjoy them. We're even up early scratch making our chips, tortillas, queso, guac and salsa. Always have, always will. No microwaves or freezers Veget
Tijuana Flats is a favorite already - we have been to several of their stores around Florida - so with it's recent addition to Mount Dora it was a matter of time before we got there. We were happy with the visit and no doubt will return. We have our favorite Mexican spot - Carolina's in Phoenix, On The Border wherever they are - with TF's now our favorite here in Central Florida. It's a fast food version of Mexican and always pleasing. Our go-to is a two item option with each of us choosing one, and splitting an order of chips, salsa, and melted cheese. We have found that many of the TF can have issues with staff getting the order wrong, even after "checking" it when you order. We had ours bought out incorrectly this time as well and were ready to be ticked, but the guy instantly made up for it: he bought us extra chips and salsa to fix the mistake and corrected the original issue. We like that kind of customer service - especially when you don't have to ask them to fix things. We will be back, love the food, and are excited it's in the area finally.

My husband and I were craving unprocessed, organic, whole food for lunch and decided to give this place a try since there are no other options around this area. We ordered and sat down. Our waitress brought our mango smoothies over to sip while we waited for our food. We sat in comfy cushioned chairs and enjoyed our smoothies. They were yummy! Then she brought our food so we moved to a table to eat. The food was good - I had the chili and a side of guacamole. The chili tasted like it needed seasoning of some kind. The avocado was delicious. My husband had the taco salad and the taco "meat" made out of walnuts was amazing!! I've got to try to make that at home because it was awesome! I expect to pay a lot for quality food but the portions did seem small. We will definitely go again but can't afford to go too often!
My wife and I eat here often and we love it. The decor is very nice, the servers work hard to please and the food is excellent. Don't expect to be served immediately, especially during the Eustis car show or some other event. Eustis is a very laid back area of Central Florida, so slow down and enjoy yourself. If you're in a hurry, try Taco Bell.

Visited tonight with family. My husband ordered chicken quesadillas and he said they were average. I got shrimp quesadillas and although the quesadillas were tasty, there were very few shrimp. It was almost $11 and didnât even include a side. Chips and salsa were good, but I did not feel like we got enough in our meal for what we paid. Kind of disappointed.

We love our Mexican food and while staying in Mount Dora we stopped in Fiesta Grande. Fantastic service, big menu and crowded on weekends. Not really TexMex, but real Mex. I had green chicken enchiladas that were very good. My wife had a combination of a stuffed pepper, enchilada and taco. Also very good. Chips and sals were complimentary and very good. Good selection of beers and our server was spot on. Recommended.

La Casa Mexican Bar and Grill is a new concept in Mexican dining and drinking, opened in July 2019 . "La Casa" has broken the traditional mold of "Tex-Mex" cuisine. Our chef comes from Mexico City, and our menu holds some authentic dishes from throughout
We ate with friends for lunch 11:30 & our server (Luis) was great. He was fast & got everything right. Also, kept coming back to check on us. I got the 12 shrimp cocktail...not sure what the rest of our party ordered but I do know we took to-go boxes home with us. I recommend.Thank you for the review. Luis is one of our fantastic staff members. In fact, we are proud of each one of them for their hard work and dedication.

I like this place. The food is good, not extrodinary, but good. They have very friendly service and the prices are fair. What I like the most is the atmosphere. The restaurant is cozy and different. Would I drive past other Tex Mex restaurants? Probably not, but if I was downtown Eustis, I would enthusiastically return.
