We happen to go on a Tuesday when they have their tacos on special for $2. It looked like most of the people were local and getting the tacos. The tacos were great. The interior is very neat. I can't comment on a regular meal but we loved all of different tacos we had.

Very popular and trendy spot that you can go to spend money and be seen. The food is nothing to write home about nor is the price. We usually go when there is a special occasion like a birthday that someone is having. Otherwise, meh...better Mexican is found elsewhere.

For more than 20 years serving international with a Mexican infusion cuisine and offering the best service for your pleasure.
We were warmly greeted and showed to a lovely table. The lamb chops were delicious and the skirt steak special was equally delicious. We had the yellow tail roll, which was made with a tortilla, as an appetizer. The tortilla just didn't hit the mark - the remainder of the roll was very flavorful - but the tortilla just didn't help to elevate it. (It would have been better w/o)The wine list is good and has nice value. Dessert was the decadent brownie and yummy ice cream - amazing. The presentation on all items was top notch. It's pricey - our meal with tip was just under $200; but, before you think that's too high, please realize that the food is fresh and VERY well prepared. There is tremendous attention to detail, and the service staff is professional and well-trained - and all of this makes a memorable "dining experience". It's a lovely restaurant for a romantic dinner.

It's always a pleasure to visit Casa Frida. My family and I always have a great time. The food is delicious, my favorite is the Cochinita Pibil and their amazing fondeu de queso. Fresh food, outstanding service and great ambiance. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant after disembarking from our cruise. The ambiance looked very inviting so we gave it a shot. We were greeted and seated right away, our beautiful waitress Gernie quickly brought us some complimentary chips and salsa which was soooooo tasty. She also went over the menu with us and answered all of our questions. We decided to order the steak tacos which came with rice and beans and the roasted chicken rajas quesadillas. Both meals were very flavorful with just the right portion. This was a great spot that we discovered, the food was reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend it for the Mexican food lovers or anyone wanting to explore different flavors. The atmosphere was very friendly and the service was great. My husband and I accidentally forgot to swipe our credit card and almost left without paying But Gernie was so professional she never made a big scene she simply reminded us and we were able to pay and get our bill taken care of right away. Such super customer service...hats off to this establishment.
