I dined here twice in their first month open, both times for dinner. I was pleasantly suprised by the complementary soup that arrived as soon as we sat down and later a complementary appetizer ( fried crab stick with cream cheese). We had sushi rolls the first time and found the prices reasonable and the rolls were great. The presentation was great with the rolls. I have been to many sushi places and my husband is not easy to please and he was impressed. I tried hibachi the second time, it was good, but since it is not a hibachi table place, it was just a plate of food and no show of tableside preparation. There was enough food that we were full and even took some home. The service was fine, we had more than one waitress check on us and some spoke English better than others. They were good at making recommendations. They were great with keeping drinks refilled and the food was all served in a timely manner. The restaurant is new and very clean looking, the bathrooms are also clean. I am looking forward to going back and also to getting their lunch specials which are very competitively priced with other sushi restaurants in the area.

Just tried this brand new place and would like to do a review - and it will be a good one - thank you
we didn't even wind up eating anything but the edamame. That was more than enough. A depressing atmosphere wtih sticky laminated menus, surly service, terrible wine, miso soup that smelled like pond water and limp edamame. We left. How very disappointing. I'm surprised they had any customers there at all!

This was our first visit and we were surprised at how nicely decorated the restaurant was - and the fast, pleasant service. We ordered from the Lunch Special menu - Having #7 (Pork With Chinese Veggies, and #18 (Shrimp with Chinese Vegetables. . each for $7.25 which included a choice of soup (we both had Wonton) and a scoop of Fried Rice. Everything was very tasty - but my fried rice had a ton of sauce on it. Next time I'll ask for the sauce to be served separately. However, there was so much food that we both asked for take-out boxes and I asked that the sauce be left out of mine - and the server did so. They have a huge assortment of various dishes and we'll go back for the Dinner Combinations - all reasonably priced. There's also an attractive Sushi Bar. Parking is right outside the restaurant in a sad looking shopping strip.

Went there for Valentine's day. Nice looking inside. Looks fancy with affordable prices. We had zombie cocktails which were awesome. We started off with the steamed dumplings. Then we had the general tzos chicken. It's served with Jasmine rice. I upgraded to pork fried rice. The prices are excellent. $7.00 for drinks. $10.99 for dinner. $5.99 for appetizers. Not bad for great food

The sushi and service are very good, but a bit on the pricey side. I have not tried the steakhouse side, but would come back to try it.

Clean, tastefully decorated, with great service. I had Tom kah Gai, coconut soup with chicken and mushrooms, and Rad Nar with chicken, flat noodles in brown sauce with chicken and vegetables. Great food at reasonable prices. Iâll go back again.

My wife and I were really impressed with our first visit to Thai Woodhouse. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, our server was friendly and helpful in explaining the menu options, and the two dishes we had (ginger chicken stir fry and panang curry chicken) were delicious. We also had an order of 'fresh rolls' which were indeed fresh and tasty and served with a spot on peanut sauce. We've eaten at many Thai restaurants and suffered through various versions of this, from watery to glue-like. The Woodhouse version was perfect, with just a bit of heat to accent the flavor. The menu offers a lot of choices; you'll find various stir fry options, rice and noodle dishes, curries, and even pho. With all of these dishes you pick the meat, choice of five vegetables (out of ten offered), type of noodle and rice, and heat level 1 through 5. Our server did a great job of explaining the process and it really is a nice concept to customize the ingredients to your liking. We're not locals but I really hope people in the area embrace this restaurant because it deserves to succeed. We were there on a Friday for lunch a bit before noon and saw only two other couples. As we were walking out I noticed a barely mediocre chain restaurant across the street with a full parking lot.....go figure.
