There's nothing "fancy" about Schooners cuisine; it is simple, fresh and perfect. No sauces cover the unbeatable flavor of truly fresh Grouper sizzled to perfection on the Schooners grill. A platter of fresh Fried Oysters, Hushpuppies and icy cold beer bl
I went with colleagues for drinks after work. We are from DC, so we were all excited about the prices being so low. We were able to grab a table with a perfect view of the ocean. When we were done, we walked along the beach, took photos, and collected sea shells. We were pleased to find a foot wash at the bottom of the stairs when we returned. Highly recommended.

I have never especially liked or disliked Panera and only go when a lunch mate suggests it. This week I got a salad with grilled chicken and greens and fresh fruit with poppyseed dressing. It was delicious. I will be back for more.

This quiet little place is tucked away in a low traffic area (relative to other Panama City areas) has high quality food, an innovative menu and friendly responsive service. If you're in Panama City (especially in the Springfield area) looking for the perfect little lunch break location this is a great option. I much prefer quiet little local places like this for lunch. The relaxing atmosphere, higher quality food and friendly service are far better than a fast paced meal at one of the big chains.

There was a group of 8 of us on vacation in Panama City Beach last week. We've been meeting there for five years and decided to do a couple of different activities. Our friend found Somethin's Cooking and made a reservation for Hannalorie's cooking class. Was a treat! She not only showed us how to make a delicious seafood dinner, but made the whole experience so much fun! A few of our group took turns being her assistant and interacting with both her and her husband during our session. They were both a delight! We had a great time, ate amazing food and drank amazing wine! The staff were so friendly as well. The boutique that their restaurant is in had so many great gift items and cooking tools. We highly recommend looking into Somethin's Cooking for a fun experience while you are in the Panama City area!

Staff are friendly and fast. I have never had a bad dish there. While there last weekend, I decided to try something different so I had the spinach, feta, and pine nut soup. I was a little concerned that I might not like it but oh my goodness, it was so delicious! They also give a 10% discount for military (I'm retired USAF). If you have a USAA debit/credit card, they automatically give you the discount. There is seating inside or out for those who like to have some fresh air.
