Mediterranean Street Food offers Turkish cuisine. We offer fresh made from scratch recipes with a twist.
We really liked the Hummus. It was creamy and tasty! Strange that it was served with what looked to be 2 of those thin Mexican tortillas (the smallest ones). We really needed more little "tortillas" to align with the amount of hummus. We're supposed to eat the rest with a spoon? Unfortunately, we did not like the gyro. The gyro meat was kind of "spongy" - not firm like it usually is when it is freshly cut. That creeped us out.

We had been wandering along 434 when we decided we needed lunch---I remembered a little Greek place in a shopping center "somewhere" along here that we hadn't tried yet....We finally found it and were we pleasantly surprised---It is a small restaurant with booths along the walls and tables in between. There was only one lovely lady with a Greek accent seating, waiting tables and receiving the payments but she did it flawlessly while managing to be gracious as well. The food was fantastic...I got green beans for a side rather than fries and they were mixed with a tomato accent that made them the BEST green beans I ever ate an I've eaten a bunch of green beans in my life. The restaurant is in a strip mall with plenty of parking---a few other restaurants---there's even a psychic down the mall. It's small but has a sign that you can spot from the parking lot so you shouldn't have any time finding it. For Vegeterians there are 8 appetizers (from Tzatziki to Spanakopita) w/out meat. Salads include the traditional Greek to Spinach and even a Pickle (5 in all). Unde House Speialties ther's Fettucini Feta Alfredo and Brocolli A La Corfu.(also a dinner version) There's a Vegeterian Souflaki sandwich (there's also a veggie sub 10' and a Eggplant w/choice of cheese) Lunch Specials have Makaronada with butter and feta cheese. (again available in the dinner size).

Excellent service, food was filigreed promptly, and the food was great! The chicken from the 1/2 rotisserie chicken was falling off the bone, yet was moist and delicious ! The mustard sauce was great! The salads were good and my wifeâs gyro was good!Seriously, a fantastic experience!

Finding this restaurant can seem difficult but donât give up. It is located in a large shopping center on the side. Persevereâit is worth the search. We went for an early dinner and watched the place fill with customers who obviously were regulars and treated like family by a friendly, knowledgeable staff. We had the gyro plate with a side of green beans with garlic and tomatoes. The beans were so delicious- I may never eat green beans any other way!! I was less interested in the Greek potatoes...good, but Iâm not a big potato person. The gyro was well seasoned but mine was a bit dry. But all in all the food was really good and reasonably priced.
