You get salad and soup with your meal, the ginger dressing is delicious. Ask for veggies to be cook with no oil and the did, so much better. Good customer service. We order from the menu but they have hibachi seating where they cook the set menu for you.

Very obscure location, you have to go out of your way to visit. Located in a little strip mall, outdated decor (lime green walls and silk plants). Service was very good-although there was only one other table of patrons besides us. Both the curry dish and the soup we would rank as average. Next time, we will try a different curry. Vegetable pad thai was very good though and we would order that again although the next time, we are going to try their numerous sushi options. Pricing is excellent, due to location. Wish this was closer to downtown Eustis area so we could visit more frequently during street festivals. Would have preferred to listen to cultural/regional music rather than the large screen TV that was broadcasting the news- never good for the appetite :)

A wonderful buffet to have foe lunch or dinner. We had a late lunch there today...lots of great choices, from 4 kinds of Chinese soups to beef, pork, chicken, and shellfish appetizers. The buffet had so many choices...baked, fried,steamed...too many to name. When in the Eustis area, give it a try.

I was very excited when Saigon Fusion opened because there was nowhere within easy driving distance to get Pho. I keep telling myself when I go there that I really should try something else, but their Pho is so good, I just have to have it, so I can't really comment on their other food. But the Pho is delicious!

My niece was in town this week and remembered going her 15 years or so ago . Our family took her for dinner . The womenâs bathroom was extremely dirty (toilets) and the 2 paper towel dispensers I tried didnât work . The hot saki was warm not hot . They rush you through as we had soup and salad sitting at the table as the chef rolls up . The server couldnât answer questions about up-charges that you could up grade your steak but no price listed on menu . Had to ask for ginger sauce twice with dinner . Portions of vegetables and rice were small and they load you up on noodles . Protein was cooked with too much oil and butter . I just feel like the owners are worn out from all the years they have been open and are not updating the inside and cleaning like they should . We are so sorry to hear that you got a bad experience in our restaurant. Since our management team changed , we improved a lot . You will see the difference when you next visit.Thanks again for your business.
