La Nouvelle Maison Restaurant in Boca Raton, is perhaps one of the best restaurants not only in South Florida, but perhaps the entire country! Their modern French cuisine is beyond incredible and their wine and champagne menu is vast and accompanying to their menu! I especially love to go this restaurant for their top tier caviar and champagne, along with the fact that they serve my favorite Chardonnay wine, Flowers! I also love their Dover Sole as an entree and I canât recommend dessert enough- their soufflé is amazing and delicious! It is always a treat to eat at La Nouvelle Maison and I canât wait to go back!

Best server ever, lots of fun and enthusiasmFrench onion soup was a little blandCauliflower soup was greatSteak frites was quite goodMussel's were very goodScallops were tastyTrout special was niceBeef bourguignon was delightfulThe Lobster daily special was enjoyed a lotThe duck, a little over cooked. So not perfect, but the server made up for a lot of that. Nice establishment. In a strip mall with limited parking. That can get very crowded but they do have valet.

If you don't have the time, money, or just can't tolerate the long flight to Orly, then Le Rivage might just fill the Cuisine de France cravings (obsession?).Get the price fixed option - not necessarily a steal, but certainly well worth the price. The escargot, 1/2 Duck with Cherry sauce, and the apple tart were excellent. As was the attentive staff.Merci Beaucoup, Le Rivage.

Went for their summer special, 3 course dinner for $39.95. Good selection of appetizers and entrees. Some has up charges.Started with the CREPE ROYALE WITH LOBSTER SAUCE,filled with crabmeat, shrimp, scallops & Mushroom , good and ESCARGOTS BOURGUIGNONNE for a $3.50 additional charge. Very good but would prefer more garlic. For mains, my wife ordered the BRAISED LAMB SHANK with caramelized onions & crispy bacon, mashed potato, and a red burgundy sauce. Just ok. I had the BEEF WELLINGTON,beef tenderloin, mushroom duxelle cooked in puff pastry, Served with Bordelaise sauce. Also just fair.Dessert was the best, OUR PASTRY CHEF'S SELECTION, 3 small portions, creme brule, apple tart, and a brownie.Very good service, old school, wearing tuxedos.

Very charming French in the corner of the Polo shopping center next to the Polo Club. They have a 3 course tasting menu for $38.00. I started with one of my favorites, escargot. Piping hot with great flavors, could use more garlic for my taste. My wife ordered one of her favorites, French onion soup, heavy on the broth and light on the onions. Also very good.O ordered the canard(duck), moist and crispy, came with roasted potatoes and vegetables. My wife ordered the scallops, 4 large scallops also with potatoes and vegetables. For dessert I had a very good crème Brule.Very nice dinning experience. Good and very good service.
