We had a fantastic meal on Tuesday, October 8th. Our server was fantastic, I think her name was Jennifer, we were seated in the room in the front of the restaurant. She definitely was a well trained server from suggesting drinks, appetizers and entree. We started with the crab cakes and potato skins. Very good. 3 of us had salads my husband had the steak and potato soup. 2 had filets cooked perfect and the other two had prime rib. Prime rib was cooked perfect. Of course we had the brownie sundae, definitely enough for all four of us. Being in the restaurant business this was a great experience!

I doubt that anyone will complain about the excellence of the food brought to your table. They, however, may be disappointed about the service that is received. For what you pay, and the ambiance you expect superb service. We did not get it. Our steaks were properly prepared as was the salmon. The key lime dessert is excellent.Thank you for your review. While we are pleased that your food was prepared to your liking we are disappointed that our service did not exceed your expectations. Kitchen brought wrong food. After it was brought to the manager attention, she didn't care and start to denying the problem. After she was proven wrong, she still behaved indifference.Everyone makes mistake but how you deal with mistakes is more important. This restaurant doesn't understand it.

I have to say that my last few visits to Longhorn have been disappointing. This visit was a lunchtime gathering of friends who love Longhorn. My husband ordered the lunch special of salad and chicken sandwich. The salad was normal size but the chicken âsandwichâ was really a chicken slider, a very tiny sandwich. I donât remember the name of my chicken dish but it was topped with artichokes. It was tasty but it was also tiny, only a half of a small chicken breast with a small scoop of rice pilaf. We both went home hungry. I have to say our server was attentive and friendly. She didnât rush us so we had time to catch up. Luckily, we went at 2pm and the restaurant was not busy.
