A large, fixed price, buffet restaurant featuring an excellent selection of foods from Japan and China including snow crab legs. Reasonably priced drinks and good, friendly service. With only a spoon, fork and chopsticks provided some of the offerings were a bit of a challenge to eat but delicious all the same.So why the 3 star rating? On our visit we had some concerns about food hygiene. For example, the top of the ice cream cabinet was encrusted with muck and looked like it hadnât been properly cleaned for some time. We could only hope that hygiene in the kitchens was better!

Authentic Peruvian Civiche restaurant in the Cypress Village Shopping Center off Miami Lakes Drive. Chef and founder, Carlos Brescia, a Peruvian native prides his restaurants on the ability to create classic Peruvian ceviche from local ingredients. Enjoy

Food was great and service too. Specially the cheese biscuits. We went to the one located in Hialeah, front of Westland Mall.

Costa Peruana is located in the middle of the Palm Springs North area of NW Miami-Dade, not on any major roads but in a small strip mall in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It has a very loyal local following and excellent Peruvian cuisine. My favorite dish is the Pescado Al Ajo (fish with garlic sauce). The menu is simple but has a variety of fish dishes, soups and salads. The staff is friendly and has been there for years as far as I can tell. Since it's not on a main road it may be a little hard to find the first time but it's well worth it.
