We went for a late dinner, but with the lay out of the place, it could also be a bar hangout. They offered outdoor and indoor seating. To avoid noise from surrounding traffic, we sat indoors. Although we sat near bar and under televisions mounted a wall, it was not too noisy for a conversation. Service was excellent. Food served hot and tasted freshly prepared. The spicy shrimp tacos (3) were delicious! And you can't pass on $5 Margaritas.

BC Cafe is on the ground floor of an office building on the west side of University, a block south of Griffin. You can't see the sign from the road, so pulling in is an act of faith.Order from a menu at the counter, and your faith will be rewarded when the plates are brought to your table. It's hard to believe, but this is a source of casual but fine dining. There is a chef in the kitchen (not just a cook) who makes dishes tastier than they have to be.I had a delicious steak-eggs-cheese wrap late on a Sunday morning, while my wife enjoyed a yummy pulled pork taco. We were more than satisfied with our orders. On the way out, I bought an "unbaked" chocolate chip muffin. This is the one failure from BC's kitchen; the thing was loaded with sugar, too sweet for us to finish after just one small bite each.Parking is free and endless in the big lot.

Food is exquisite and service is amazing. The waiter went through the menu with us and assist choosing the best entrees for everyone. Plates were very creative and delicious. We had Chalupas Poblanas and the Guacamole as appetizer. For dinner different Tacos I can't remember and a Burrito.Highly recommended.
