This sandwich shop and pastry is in a large shopping area off Newberry Road, and is OK for a lunch stop if you are in the area for other reasons. Not worth a special trip. My sandwich was dry and hard to eat, but my companion said she enjoyed hers. We're sorry to hear that you had an unfavorable experience with us. We comp food that our customers feel is not up to our standards. If you eat here again, we'll do better.

If you love biscuits and great breakfast food, then try the Flying Biscuit Cafe in Gainesville. I had the Chicken Pot Pie which has 2 full biscuits covered in chicken chunks, peas, potatoes, carrots and gravy. The French toast was cooked perfectly and served with mixed berries on top. The egg and bacon sandwich comes on a bun and you have a choice of potatoes or grits as a side. The Grits are creamy and delicious. If you like biscuits with gravy then you have to try theirs. The biscuits are nice size and have a sprinkling of sugar on the very top. Service was good, but be ready to wait. This is a small restaurant, but is very popular. I recommend this for any breakfast lovers.
