Once again my brother and I went out for lunch today! I decided to try some place different down the road! Havenât been here but have seen it in passing and didnât want to do a chain restaurant! Plenty of parking in front and back! You had to seat yourself but very open! The waitress was very friendly and we ordered fried mushrooms and chicken for appetizers! For the meal we had the two meat combo! Ribs, sausage with greens and potatoe salad! The ribs were smoked which you could tell, I think maybe five more minutes and they would have been excellent! Sausage was tasty with a little kick, and the greens and potatoes salad was very good! I enjoyed my lunch there and will be coming back again!

This is a little local barbeque restaurant that is easily missed on 19. Just South of Moog. But well worth finding. I am from KC where the bbq is delicious. This place is the closest I have found to compare. I get the pulled pork. I have yet to find any beef anywhere around here though. They have great seafood too. I just have not adapted to it yet. Being from the Midwest I am not a big fan of seafood. But for pulled pork, I recommend visiting here. The staff treat you like family.

Burnt ends with baked beans,coke and potato salad mmm-mmm! I have eaten lots of barbeque, but this was some of the best ever. Just a shack-like building along the highway, with a few picnic tables for outdoor eating (no inside dining), three? large smokers going all day long well into the evening. What a gold mine! People drive up and order for take-out. Prices are very good, food is even better. Robert is a very friendly person as are his helpers. We went by this place several times during the week and they always had customers there. I can highly recommend this barbeque pit if you are searching for good barbeque.
