Small casual pizza place with the best selection of slices we have ever seen. We were there close to opening time & they had twelve different types of pizza on display ready for slices. We ate a delicious slice of Margherita there & took several more to eat at the local brewery. The meat lovers Sicilian was so delicious. The sausage & pepperoni were so flavorful on the soft thick crust. The cheeseburger was drizzled with ketchup which we thought was odd but surprisingly good. The eggplant parm had ricotta as well & so delicious. The spinach artichoke with white sauce was okay but the sauce overpowered the toppings. All the pizza had fresh good quality toppings, flavorful sauce & crust. We love a crispy pizza crust & Pizza Mia have mastered this. The place also makes salads, wings, subs which they call rolls, calzone, stromboli & various entreeâs all reasonably priced. Great friendly service too.

The pizzas are not typical and they combine some unique ingredients to put a nice twist on pizza. Some would consider this gourmet pizza. Either way there are some great pies! Crust is thin. Unique place. Definitely worth a try.Thanks for your review, John! We hope to see you again soon.

It was a bit hard to find as the plaza was undergoing renovations, but we were delighted with the restuarant. Fried mozzerella was the real thing not frozen and the marinara was outstanding. Fried Calamari and salads were all hits. Chicken Gorgonzola and Veal with cognac sauce were winners as was the pizza. Excellent and the service was good and very friendly. We shall be back

Ordering take-out Italian earlier this week reminded me to leave a review. The Lewis family has eaten at the Italian Kitchen dozens of times since moving to Vero Beach a few years ago. Our family favorite is the "Combo Special," which includes lasagna, ravioli, ziti, stuffed shells, and meatball with homemade tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. My kids are traditional when it comes to pizza - they simply order a cheese pie. I prefer the "Chef's Special," which includes pepperoni, sausage, onion, meatball, bacon, olives, mushrooms, peppers, and garlic.Service is always friendly and polite - we've never had a problem or issue. Even on take-out orders. Located on 14th Avenue in downtown Vero Beach, parking is tight at the Italian Kitchen. If possible, take advantage of street parking.William E. Lewis Jr. Vero Beach, Florida

Had a craving and this place is close to grand harbor. Very clean and welcoming upon arrival. Cheerful waitress...fast drinks etc. Try the garlic knots with extra garlic...no vampires for a week....tasty! Simple cheese pie was pretty darn good...excellent crust. We will be back

Great place to get a pizza. Have a limited area to sit so sometimes there is a wait.Seating is kinda of close But you can get some really unique pizzas in addition to the regulars. Try the Chicken Gorganzola or the "Goattastic" They also serve some very good pasta. Good take out place. One drawback they only make large pizzas.

I feel silly writing a review over a sub sandwich, but this was the worst sub we have had anywhere in Vero Beach for the 19 years we have lived here. When an establishment sets a standard lilke that it deserves to be recognized. Astonishingly bad: tooth-breaking bread, meat amounts measured in quarks, squishy (old) tomatoes. Sub-barista must be having a bad day.

Grabbed lunch here with family. Simply put this was right down the middle pizza place food ambience and service. Nothing to write home about except maybe the tomato sauce. The group had pizza and Stromboliâs and salads and eggplant parm. Service ok but not really friendly. Sat outside on picnic tables. Not much room inside. Thereâs not a whole lot to choose from in the immediate area that would be quick lunch food. Anyway theyâre ok but nothing more from our experience.

This landmark power station was abandoned for several years until developers decided to use the prime location as a brewery/restaurant. Inside lighting illuminates and highlights the last remaining generator. Outside, tables and patios expand the space to serve patrons .The menu specializes in burgers but also offers other pub fare.The burgers are well prepared with several variations available. Service is efficient and professional. Prices are reasonable.The most challenging problem for us was acoustics: the high ceiling and general atmosphere made it difficult to hear and carry on a basic conversation.

Was a little nervous with different reviews but ordered the Nino's special and asked for extra crispy. Very impressed with the flavor, not too much sauce and proud to say that they are Military Friendly. Tiramisu to top off meal and with two drinks was 30 dollars. Kat gets a perfect 10. Very nice young lady. Well managed! BZ
