This pizza is great. It has that classic up north flavor. Yes you may pay more then say a pizza hut or a little ceasers but you are paying for quality and flavor.

Great food but the wait to get it seems a bit excessive. Is it that most everything is being prepared as it is ordered or why the long wait? Oven capacity? Well, it is worth the wait because having tried several dishes now, I havenât been disappointed. The food has been very tasty which keeps me coming back.

My dinner guests had pizza which they enjoyed & it looked wonderful. I opted for the chef salad which was huge. Wow - an incredibly large, hearty salad - boiled eggs, tomato wedges, sliced cucumbers, baby carrots, three types of cheese, deli style turkey, deli style ham, assorted greens (romaine lettuce, baby spinach, iceberg lettuce, plus), sliced purple onions, black olives, and more. Obviously, this was a chefâs creation - totally awesome - very tasty salad & very much enjoyed. Server was cheerful, attentive, and accommodating. The restaurant is dated - could definitely use an update & remodel. The restrooms small but clean.

So glad to see John opened his restaurant again. This is a hidden gem in Melbourne. Pretty close to an authentic New England eatery. They even have grinders. On Thursday, they have lobster rolls. Not quite as authentic as my wife makes them, but theyâre still good. Plus, their pizza is excellent. Oh! How I missed John while he was closed. Welcome back!

A casual Italian eatery, where diners can sit down at the bar which serves beer and wine, or in the remodeled dining room for a full meal or grab a homemade pizza pie to go. We can also cater any event with great Italian food!

My wife got their eggplant parm and it was phenom!!! We got biscotti and wedding cookies for relatives, of course we had to taste test and our relatives were lucky to get ANY!! I had to try the stuffed cherry peppers and they were awesome as well. There was samples of bread pudding and it was awesome too.

I heard a lot of high praise for this place. The pizza itself was good. It wasnât the best, but it was good. Iâll try it again. Service? One server stood in front of me talking to the customer sitting next to without ever acknowledging my existence. Hello? Another server came over and took my order. The restaurant was very busy! They have an excellent business!

The ambience is wonderful, the service is superb, & the food is delicious. It may seem a bit overpriced for Italian food, but itâs definitely worth it. Plus they always bring you things complements of the house to try. On our last visit, it was soup & limoncello. I highly recommend!

This was our last meal before leaving Melbourne, and was the best, which is no criticism of the other restaurants we visited, as they were all good. There are plenty of gluten free options on the menu, and Brandon, our server, was very knowledgeable. The food was very good indeed, and the portions were large. It's a good job we didn't order appetisers.
We are a Family operated Authentic wood Fired Pizzeria. We feature a true Napolese built ITALIAN Valorian Oven in our Pizzeria in The Eau GALLIE Arts District. We also feature a select Wine list as well as Local Beers and Ciders on Tap. We have a full Cra
Understanding that this is their first week of a grand opening (or so we were told), we ordered a caprese salad with our drinks amid then when our drinks were delivered we ordered our pizza, classic cheese with sausage, onion and basil on the side. Our salad came about 5 minutes after our pizza with an apology that the kitchen was behind. The salad did not have more than a few drops of balsamic and one leaf of basil, so more like tomatoes and mozzarella on lettuce. The pizza was delivered without the basil. When we reminded the waitress about the basil she apologized and brought back a stalk of basil. The pizza was good, dough excellent but it needed more sauce. There was only one piece that you could actually see/ taste sauce so next time we will request more. They need to figure out an entrance as there is no room to wait inside. Most people missed the wait to be seated sign outside and walked in not sure what to do/ where to stand. We also saw people sit at a dirty table and it was not cleaned, just a piece of butcher paper put on the table. Again this seems to be opening jitters. I hope they work it out because we would love to return when the kinks get worked out. Thank You for coming by, your feedback and understanding. My wife was behind and didnât get to personally make your Caprese and I decided to push your pizza out first so you had something available more quickly. Iâd like to invite you back if youâd like, let us know and we will remake the Caprese and Pizza for you as a second chance for the team. Thank You again
