Restaurant off the main street of Vero. There is a wide variety of food items. I ordered the pancakes but settle for a max of 2. Very big but Vg. Small inside but more room outside in a covered space .try to get out there. Good service but the volume of people make the event seem slow. it worth a visit especially with "growing" teenagers. The food is good and lots of variety. Limited parking in the immediate area.

Great place to get a pizza. Have a limited area to sit so sometimes there is a wait.Seating is kinda of close But you can get some really unique pizzas in addition to the regulars. Try the Chicken Gorganzola or the "Goattastic" They also serve some very good pasta. Good take out place. One drawback they only make large pizzas.

I feel silly writing a review over a sub sandwich, but this was the worst sub we have had anywhere in Vero Beach for the 19 years we have lived here. When an establishment sets a standard lilke that it deserves to be recognized. Astonishingly bad: tooth-breaking bread, meat amounts measured in quarks, squishy (old) tomatoes. Sub-barista must be having a bad day.

Grabbed lunch here with family. Simply put this was right down the middle pizza place food ambience and service. Nothing to write home about except maybe the tomato sauce. The group had pizza and Stromboliâs and salads and eggplant parm. Service ok but not really friendly. Sat outside on picnic tables. Not much room inside. Thereâs not a whole lot to choose from in the immediate area that would be quick lunch food. Anyway theyâre ok but nothing more from our experience.

My husband and I went to the Amalfi Grille last night with friends. I was so excited because we have always had a wonderful experience there and I was really looking forward to the Hog Snapper Piccata. Our waiter, Mike, greeted us and took our drink orders (they have a full bar and wonderful wine list). My husband and one of our friends ordered from the Summer Menu which is a great deal - $24.00 - includes appetizer, salad, entree and desert. The other diner along with myself ordered from the regular menu. Everyone said their meals were delicious but my biggest disappointment was my Hog Snapper Piccata was barely warm ($38.00). My husband ordered the Peach Cobbler for his desert which was delicious but cold - I think it would have been better if it had been served warm. Great service, amazing bread, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere.

Was a little nervous with different reviews but ordered the Nino's special and asked for extra crispy. Very impressed with the flavor, not too much sauce and proud to say that they are Military Friendly. Tiramisu to top off meal and with two drinks was 30 dollars. Kat gets a perfect 10. Very nice young lady. Well managed! BZ

We eat at Scampi Grill every opportunity we get when coming to the Vero area. Hands down it is the freshest and best seafood and Italian fare we've had anywhere with generous portions and freshest fish and seafood we've had anywhere! Alex, the chef owner, won't buy fish unless it meets his impeccable standards for freshness and is also price sensitive to what he'd have to charge guests, so you can count on the best tasting fish ever no matter how it's prepared! We've had many, many dishes over the 10 or so years we've dined at Scampi Grill and never been disappointed. Every opportunity, we bring friends and guests visiting us to eat there as it is, by far, in our minds, the very best restaurant in the Vero area!!

The Italian Grill is the BEST Italian restaurant in the Vero Beach area. It compares to the restaurants in my home state of Rhode Island wich is noted for many fine Italian restaurants. The food is excellent and the service was always great the many times that I have been there. Go there for great Italian dinner and you will not be disapointed!!!

I hesitated writing this review because Dario the owner is such a nice person, but......They seem to have a new chef and this new chef is certainly not up to par with the previous chef Georgio. My last meal, the chicken piccata was tough, flavorless and the food is crowded on this small size plate. Not very appetizing! Nothing creative! We hesitate to return because the food is just mediocre. Thank you for the review. We appreciate constructive criticism. We will speak to Chef Chet and see what we can do to improve the quality of the plates being served. Chef Chet certainly has a number of admirers who might have a difference of opinion, but we do believe that everyone is entitled to an opinion about what constitutes great food. Your review was detailed enough that we can look into the preparation process and see if this mistake was an outlier due to unique circumstances, or if there is more of a systemic issue with the way the piccata is now being prepared. Thank you for the kind words about Dario. He is my father and he is a great restaurateur. My advice would be to give him every chance, as he is the kind of person who strives towards constant daily improvement. I would also suggest notifying him if you did not enjoy your dinner, as he would customarily comp that part of the bill. Again we apologize that you did not have the great experience we wish to provide to all of our customers, and we hope you will consider coming back for a future visit.

I donât usually use trip advisor to write reviews, more so to see if the restaurant or hotel we are visiting is up to par. This restaurant is definitely an exception, and hereâs why: The food is completely cooked to perfection- vegetables not soggy nor solid, mashed potatoes are deliciously flavorful and definitely made IN HOUSE (none of that market bought bull), and donât even get me started on the wagyu strip steak. Melt in your mouth - cut it with your fork - charred outside and tender inside - DELICIOUSNESS. I opted for the filet because Iâm more of a lean meat type, but after tasting my husbands wagyu I will most definitely be getting that for myself next time. My mother in law is gluten free and wanted the shrimp fra diablo without the pasta; the kitchen and staff were very accommodating and gave her a beautiful bed of mixed vegetables with the diablo sauce and jumbo shrimp on top. Did I mention the shrimp was jumbo? The shrimp was so amazing, she was talking about it for the rest of the night. My father in-law on the other hand, is a piccata fanatic. Nothing compares to his homemade chicken piccata and nothing will change his mind... until Di Mare. Their veal piccata had him almost licking the plate. Their fork tender, thin but not too thin, veal slices were definitely the highlight of his night. Not to mention the beautifully flavored piccata sauce paired well with the side of rice and mixed vegetables that came with the plate. Although, and hats off to the chef for this, the wild rice couldâve been put on a plate by itself with a garnish of parsley and called a delicacy and we wouldâve loved it. I personally have never been to a restaurant that can make RICE taste like heaven. All in all, the service was outstanding, the food was outstanding, and the restaurant as a whole was delightful. Absolutely no complaints, we will be back again VERY soon. Thanks Di Mare!!!
