Really great Italian food. Clean place, friendly service, fantastic food. Had the spaghetti and meatballs, and sausage. Was supposed to be one or the other, but they had no issue accommodating. Yummy Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken, and one of us had a sampler that they loved. Nothing on the table was less than awesome. Attractive interior, wooden tables, brick walls.

A Very Nice Local Restaurant
Can get busy for lunch on weekdays. Plenty of free parking. Open kitchen. I ordered the smaller version of their standard pizza. For a buck apiece, I added four more ingredients to the pizza from the list of about a dozen available ingredients. The pizza was very tasty. It was preceded by the salad that came with the meal. This salad was composed of fresh ingredients. Excellent service. Reasonable price.

Very friendly place. The pizza is always fresh. I like the place once in awhile, my wife does not care for it. For the price, it is a very filling lunch.

The best pizza in Margate, Florida.
Went here for take-out after reading reviews on this site. Had large pizza with antipasto salad (but were surprised by all the ham & salami in it) and garlic buns. Everything was delicious and the portions were large. The extra toppings were generous too. We were two people and had enough for two meals! The restaurant itself is small so we were happy to take out our food and enjoy it at home!

While this restaurant advertises itself as a pizza and pasta place, there is a full menu with chicken, seafood, veal and other entrees. Everything that we and our friends ate was excellent. We arrived at 6:00 pm in time for the Early Bird Specials (3PM-7PM). They are very, very, reasonable priced from $10.99 - $12.99 depending on the food you choose. All dishes come with soup, salad, roll and dessert. The rolls were served hot with lots of garlic and butter - very tasty. The soup selections were Minestrone and Chicken-spinach. The Minestrone had an excellently seasoned broth with lots of different vegetables and pasta. My partner said the chicken/spinach soup was excellent. The salad was crisp with a variety of vegetables and served with a nice light house Italian dressing. They offer a large selection of dressings. Each of us ordered a different dish from the Early Bird Menu. I had the Chicken Francese and the meat was thin, well pounded and tenderized, lightly breaded and served with an excellent lemon sauce. For the pasta. I chose ziti with the francese sauce. Our group also ordered Lasagna, Shrimp parmigiana and Veal francese. Everything was cooked just right and very tasty. The portions were large enough to take home something for lunch the next day. For dessert, there were two choices: chocolate ice cream or chocolate cake. I chose the chocolate cake and was not disappointed. It was rich, moist and had a fudge-like consistency at the bottom. The tables were nicely spaced and there was no music playing so we could hear each other talk. Great environment for good conversation. Our friends were a little embarrassed taking us to such a plain, ordinary looking restaurant that lacked ambiance. We didn't mind and the food made up for any fancy decorations or table cloths that the restaurant lacked. The waitress provided excellent service. We plan to go to this restaurant frequently and would feel very comfortable bringing our young grandchildren here (ages 2 1/2, 5, 9 and 14). They have a children's menu. Definitely five stars.

J.R. Pizza Bella Restaurant - A place to enjoy great flavored New York flavored style pizza and freshly prepared authentic Italian dishes.
Went after theater. Walked in at 11:00 and asked if they were open because the sign said open but the hours posted stated open until 11. They accommodated us since one other couple was just finishing. My wife ordered her favorite chicken parmigiana which was a large portion. I ordered the shrimp Marinara. Both were very good and served very hot. Included choice of soup or salad and garlic rolls. My only complaint was they were only 5 shrimp.

As so many of our friends here in Coral Springs recommended, this restaurant is outstanding both in the quality of service as well as their incomparable food and ambiance. I couldn't imagine any other place to celebrate with our immediate family our 50 wedding anniversary. The list of five star caliber aspects of our two hour leisurely, fun filled lunch is long. But it all starts with our well informed, warm and friendly servers headed by unforgettable professional and Ms. Congeniality "J". In reality, the experience started when I made reservations for ten and was encouraged to be seated in Nona's Kitchen. A replica of a 1960's residential kitchen including a black and white TV playing "I Love Lucy". None of us was disappointed with our food. From the hors d'oeuvres platters to the main dishes and deserts this was a culinary paradise guided by a really enthusiastic guide, our server. Thanks to all for a very special commemoration of a very special day.BUM

Saturday evening dinner two couples seated right way (off-season). Began with hot garlic rolls (could have been crisper). My wife and I had snapper alla nona and chicken rollatine. Both dishes served hot and tasty comes with a salad or soup. Reasonable prices. My wife didn't want her side at dinner so we had her penne pasta to go (nicely packaged and a good portion).

Have been going here for a number of years and pizza and service had always been outstanding. This time things changed . The hostess was rude(when I mentioned the taped booths her response was (it's a pizza parlor)as .several of the booths had tape across the backs and the server seemed harried and not not too pleasant. When I received my charge card bill they also added on a dollar over the receipt. Too bad-it sometimes happens with a change of ownership.

The food here is usually excellent, but for no known reason it was problematic on this visit. One dish was very over salted, to the point of being inedible. The staff, however, were very good about this. They agreed that this had happened (I HATE restaurants where they deny obvious problems) and they substituted one item. They also provided a free dessert because it was my birthday. I would be surprised if this problem recurs any time soon. Still, it is a disappointment when a restaurant that has always been excellent serves food that is below any reasonable standard..
