Reviews on Italian food in Clearwater, Florida, United States. Home to some of the best beaches in America, Clearwater is a great family beach destination. Sure, it’s in Florida, but it’s not Giant Rodent Florida (a.k.a. Orlando) or Crazy Spring Break Florida (a.k.a. Fort Lauderdale). Rather, it’s Calm, Old-Fashioned Florida… which is something worth seeing. Oh, and the weather’s outstanding.

We had dinner with friends that here often. We sat in a private alcove near the piano player, could close doors, so not too loud. The Caesar salad was very good. The fettuccine Alfredo and veal piccata were delicious. The hostess was very nice, and we had wonderful service by Matt. Look forward to eating here again when in town.

Both born and raised in Italy, our founders Cesare and Carlo, know what an authentic Italian meal means. Family and friends gathering around to enjoy each others company with a good glass of wine and the perfect dish. Savor Italy's finest flavors includin
Lovely meal at Cesare's. Seated outside, waiter was attentive. Plenty choice on menu. Decided on escargot, bruschetta, shrimp & scallop angel hair pasta & Mahi Mahi special. Mahi mahi was amazing! Highlight of the meal. Only criticism is that everything was heavy on the garlic, otherwise very tasty. Fair prices, would recommend.

Our friend took us here when we visited Clearwater. Their appetizers were so good l. The waiter John, was funny, professional and great. The setting offers the bar, restaurant seating and outdoor seating. All beautiful decor and feels like an Italian restaurant in New York. The place is very formal to casual feel.

Equal at least to any Italian restaurant Iâve been to in many Italian cities. I love pasta w/marinara or Pomodoro - pure, unfussy, sauce simmered to perfection. Johnnyâs got it right.Ask for garlic bread for âthe tableâ. With or without cheese itâs perfect. One table-mate out of six ordered filet mignon, yup beast in a pasta house. It was nicely done and he said he liked it. All our pasta dishes from Alfredo to lasagna and vermicelli with meat sauce were delicious.Johnnyâs serves one heckuva piece of chocolate cake, dense, dolloped with whipped cream, and laced with tiny chips of chocolate throughout the icing. Divine!

This was our second visit to Sea-Guini and it was as we remembered it. Exceptional, knowledgeable, kind, attentive staff. Fabulous food. Amazing Brussels Sprouts, Bisque, Mussels, Scallop special, Bolognese, Linguine con vongole, Lobster Pappardelle, and the scrumptious desserts. The setting is luxurious, calm, and beautiful.Dear Valued Trip Advisor Guest,Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to leave us a nice review, and thank you for choosing to dine with us on multiple occasions! In C'water there's lotsa restaurant choices, but we're drawn to the decor/vibe as well as the food. Their pizza is well known so we had margherita w/prosciutto & meatballs, & bruschetta appetizer. Love to eat this good food lookin at all the lights, while await the free gelato for b'day. Coconut was to die for & choco mousse not bad either, lol. Service from a speedy & smiling Lauren & we can't wait to come back for my BD in Nov, free gelato & C'mas lights should be up. :D
