Price was good and the food was just as good , I don't know if it is the area but you get a lot of food for your money down in Hialeah , Now the person bringing out the food could smile more and maybe engage with the customers to make sure they got everything they needed instead of the customer having to get up to get things but again they offer to bring the food to you , Just Saying .
Located inside of the Shell gas station store, The Pimiento offers a wide range of menu options.
Small typically Spanish restaurant with excellent food and a vast variety of wines. We had Paella and it was excellent! Very nice service.

Visited this location late Sunday morning. It was already busy. Spanish language is required if you have questions but pointing works at most counters. Lines don't already work correctly so be patient. Largest selection of fresh made food we've ever seen. Seating available inside and out. Honestly, we spent $40 on a table full of food for 4 adults and still took leftovers home. We will definitely come again!

Visiting the old stopping grounds, I have to say, sadly, that I was very disappointed. The quality of food has seriously diminished when I used to go there three-four times per week. Worse, is the rude service my q=wife and I encountered there last month. A Hialeah institution now lacks the friendly neighborhood experience that I was accustomed to. I will return again, when I am in the area. However I hope this gives them a little glimpse of advice to the place in my childhood that was good and wholesome; and now it's just a vestige of what it used to be. Sad.

Consistently good Dominican Food nestled in an unpretentious shopping center. Sometimes good food does not have to be fancy, but be served with love. Walking into the restaurant, you may see the owner/chef welcome you with a bright smile when he is not in the kitchen. There is music playing always in the background. Its a dress down kind of place, kick back in a relaxed atmosphere. My favorite Mofongo (made with green platain) can be accompanied with shrimp, grilled chicken or chicharones de pollo (boned chicken). Let me tell you about the chicharones de pollo, they are better than in the Dominican Republic. I have also tried it in the past Mofongo with shrimp- equally good. My husband, loves the rabo encendido (ox tails), which he had with rice and gandules (pidgeon pea). I saw him lick the plate, it was sooo good. The portions here are generous, but the food is so good you do not want to share! LOL

Slow service but amazing Latin food!!!After dining in and waiting over an hour for Croquetas, Cuban sandwiches, and Papa Rellenaâs for four guests, itâs so much easier and faster to order from their side window. One of my favorite spots to visit when Iâm in town!! Donât forget to get some Cuban Coffee

It is a very family friendly place, the food is awesome they have a variety of different dishes but my favorite is their Cuban pizza it is the best I have ever had. The owner is always going around the tables asking the customers if everything is ok, asking how the food is if they need anything else, the waitresses are very attentive. I have become a regular customer here and recommend it to everyone I know.

I was nearby visiting clients, and it was already past lunch time, so I decided to try this restaurant, had no previous information, we were very nicely attended by the waitress, she explained a few items, and went with a recommendation she had for a cuban dish, that was with seafood and fish....it was great and filling, all was perfect, so I will come back again.

But I am very happy to have visitedThis restaurant had me quite confused with a name like Polo Norte,North Pole in Spanish, I really did not figure that he was a Restaurant worth visiting the legend goes that he was originally an ice cream parlor that became a pizza parlor and now use a full service restaurant with mostly Cuban and some Latin American dishes I really did not figure that he was a Restaurant worth visiting the legend goes that he was originally an ice cream parlor that became a pizza parlor and now use a full service restaurant with mostly Cuban and some Latin American dishes. It was not on TV recently opened the restaurant in Coral Way that I put it in my radar to stop by and I am extremely happy that I did this service is outstanding even a week after they open which usually says very difficult period The service was way above for this type of restaurant On my first visit they recommended a dish that they called Antojitos that I do recommend as an appetizer is enough for up to four people and heâs very low price I have visited this restaurant now in several locations and all the food that I have tried has been way above average I do recommend you to give it a try

I should have taken a picture but it looked so good and tasted even better. My husband and I got different plates so we could share and this is the best way to taste a little bit of everything. He got the puertorican breakfast and I got the bistec a caballo. His came with mofongo and mines with steak. They both came with eggs, mines with fries and his with bacon. We shared everything!! It was as delicious as it looked. I love coming here because at night it is very lively but sometimes you are really hungry and want to eat a hearty, flavorful breakfast and THIS IS IT.. Hidden Gem in Hialeah off of the palmetto.. For 20 dollars we had an amazing brunch.. The next time I come back i will update with pictures to do this review justice. One thing though.. Our waitress was not around and we asked another waitress for water.. We almost choked and she gave her tables water and not us.. *owners take note*.. This is not a waitress that represents your wonderful restaurant.
