This "city," which would have been the largest and most populous in Pasco County, never materialized.

Out doing our big weekend grocery shopping trip and stopped in at Applebees for Lunch! We were not disappointed! Seated right away by courteous staff, server was amazing, orders were promptly delivered hot and correct, drink filled before needing or asking and meals were DELICIOUS! All around GREAT experience for both of us!

We have been visiting this Chiliâs pretty much since it opened and we have noticed a decline in service and quality. But yesterdayâs experience was by far the worst. We sent back the food twice and even the third time it came back was terrible. Iâve never been the type to return food at a restaurant, but this time I just couldnât let it slide. I spoke with the manager who came to our table and showed her the food, and she agreed with me. I lost my appetite after so much back and forth. Unfortunately I donât think they deserve that I give them another chance. There are plenty of other dining options in the area. Great choices and nice crowd. The servers are always friendly, helpful and letting you sample before you choose. They have wonderful new choices and things to try all the time. If you are a beer lover and in the area, you really should stop by.

My wife and I winter in Florida and like to visit this Beef's. The owner is on site and is very friendly. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I like the Cheesy Patty Melt but isn't on the menu any longer. All I need to do is ask and they make it for me. I have no idea why this item would have been taken off the menu. The place is clean and welcoming. Life is short enjoy everyday...

I have been a fan of Crawford Ker's Wing house since it opened here in Tampa. But it has changed. I ate there on Sunday and ordered the Fish & Chips, simple order but when it came I asked for Cocktail sauce instead of Tartar sauce. Well management decided not to provide cocktail sauce any more. Really, can't keep a bottle around for those of us who don't like tartar. Plus when we got home and checked the bill we found even though the manager asked if he could get us something else and we choose wings the server never removed the fish and chips, so we paid for a meal they took back.

In an area that boasts numerous dining choices, Irish31 became an unexpected jewel. The Loaded Boxty app was a great start (as were the pub chips). Followed by both the Chicken Pot Pie and Ruben. All tasting excellent; in fact my wife said it was the best CPP sheâd ever had! And, although we canât review the bread pudding dessert (we had to do a take-out), we can only assume it to be equally as good!As for the service... Bryanna was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing might be a bit high -for a pub-expected fare.

My wife's sister recommended this place since she lives nearby in Spring Hill. What an incredible place to eat. The ambiance is open and airy with a very large ceiling that tends to attenuate the sounds of many dining.The menu is extensive and as much as I hate to admit it, the "pictures" are helpful and from the four meals I saw, accurately depicted.The food was quickly prepared and served nicely hot. My mouth waters now recalling the grilled salmon & mixed greens on a tostada of all things. Let me emphasize, the grilled salmon was DELICIOUS!There's a very spacious parking lot and don't let the numerous cars parked in it defer you from trying this wonderful establishment.

My husband and I were at Pinchers a few days ago. It was an awful lunch! Everything is way too overpriced, really poor quality of the food and last but not least terrible service! I ordered a scampi pasta which was supposed to be 9$ and got a shrimp and scampi pasta (18$) where there was no scampi but oil and terrible way too overcooked pasta! I have no clue how this place even has a few good reviews. Don't waste your time and money here!Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about the issues you experienced. Great service and atmosphere at a reasonable price plus a very complete menu. But, what we liked today and have enjoyed at other Cheddar's is the light and healthy fare. Today it was blackened salmon and shrimp with broccoli and baby carrots. Just enough and loaded with flavor. The place is very well managed and the staff is well trained and they aren't afraid of a crowd. We will be back often to this location!

Just stopped in here en route home to Lakewood Ranch. Good menu. Food tasty and reasonable at least for lunch. Good service. This would be a nice half way stop to meet friends from Soringhill.
