Nutmeg's offers a unique menu of paninis, sandwiches, salads, soups and sides all utilizing fresh ingredients with a twist. We also have homemade cupcakes, cakeballs and "Working Cow" Ice Cream. We proudly make everything in house and strive to use only th
This was the first time we had visited Nutmegs since they moved. It appears they are trying to grow into their new space. Currently, the chairs they have are quite small and seem more suited to children. There was not much light in the place, save for the windows and it seemed cramped. I had a turkey/cheddar wrap with a spicy mango sauce - the sauce was on the side (by request) and thankfully so as it had a kick. My wife had a medley of sides - which threw the girl for a loop. It appeared disorganized and our order took forever, despite the fact I ordered a special and she had sides - which one would have thought they were prepared for. It's also the same menu as at their old location - so they should be used to knocking it out. Despite the fact they have a bit better food than the average restaurant here, this is pretty much a one and done for us. They also have Working Cow ice cream which is a plus. - but not enough to bring us back. We wish them luck at their new location.,I remember your ticket it came in at the end of a big rush on our third day at our new location. It did take us a while to get to it because we had to do all the tickets ahead of it. So I guess youâre main complaint is that it took too long. Yes when a place opens up this is pretty much to be expected. We are really trying to do our best. Although this is the same menu we are still learning how to work in this space everything is in a different spot. Tickets, communication, everything is a completely different setup from our old place. Itâs funny you would say it is dark because the entire long side of the red is windows, where we only had two small windows previously. The chairs are normal sized and the same ones we had before. We have 45 seats currently the same as our old location. We are planning on expanding into the far room however I donât have the money to renovate that side at this time, which is why the doors have paper up on them until it is done, Hopefully in a month or so. Iâm kind of shocked that you donât like the new space everyone else has raved about it. So yes we are âgrowingâ in to our new space. I hope you will understand that we are just some small town local people who are trying to make a go of it with what we have to work with, and provide the best food we can to highlands county. Also I want you realize that these online reviews really impact my business and my staffâs livelihood and I wish you would reconsider your review after giving us another chance. Please feel free to contact me directly if you wish I would love to discuss further. Megan Mattson

Fairmount Café is a hidden gem in the Fairmount Plaza in Sebring. Only open Monday-Friday from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., the Fairmount Café is serving up a diverse menu which is appealing to all ages. I highly recommend the chicken and grape salad. My son was blown away by the giant portion that was his fish sandwich. He could have easily made an additional two sandwiches out of his one meal. The friendly owners obviously take great pride in their restaurant as it is impeccable. There's not a speck of anything dirty or out of place. Fairmount Café is a quaint, cozy, and relaxing place to grab a tasty bite. Most meals range from $6-$10 so it's affordable for any budget.

I ordered the fish and chips which was a large piece of Haddock cooked perfectly along with a pile of French fries that were just average, and a salad.. The Mrs. ordered up the 1/2 pound shrimp, a salad and we shared a six piece wing appetizer.. All was good and we both took some home for later which was also very good reheated.. Although it serves good food and large portions it is a bit grungy and could use a thorough cleaning along with a fresh coat of paint and new table tops.. We have been frequenting it most of the twelve years that we've been here and can't remember anything other then the outside being redone.. Waitresses need to cover their tattoo's and more of their body parts as its not a " man cave " but a family restaurant with mostly seniors who are way past getting excited!!

If headed to Sebring, Dimitriâs is a must. The menu is vast and if you canât find something on the menu then there is something wrong! There are plenty of options for everyone. From appetizers to desserts, the food makes a good meal! We had the Greek Salad with Chicken, orzo lemon soup, seafood bisque, half chicken dinner with sweet potatoes (all 5 stars), and the cheese quesadilla (4 out of 5). For dessert, we had rice pudding! Everything was delicious. Our only complaint was that the quesadilla was slightly greasier than we liked. This was not an issue overall and was not made known to the restaurant. We were satisfied and happy with our meal. The rice pudding was great! Loved having a cinnamon shaker at my disposal for added yum! Try Dimitriâs...youâll like it too!

Whatâs good is good. I visited the diner twice in a week! That says something. Visiting Sebring for the first time in five years, we found the Sebring Diner to offer breakfast 24/7, great lunches, and dinner at reasonable prices. The milkshakes are amazing and topped with the best whipped cream I have ever tasted! I had chocolate both times! My dad had a vanilla shake that was just as good. We ordered things like the liver and onions, traditional Thanksgiving style dinner with real turkey (not deli meat), sweet potatoes, and an omelette with about a pound of home fries. The homemade biscuit was amazing and huge! I would definitely visit again! I hear their banana splits are enough for a family of four and I may make that my meal next time!

We went for the gyro platter, which comes with fries and a small salad, and a combination plate that included moussaka, pasticcio, and spanikopita along with a side of rice and green beans. Each plate was enough food for two people. I have never had a gyro that contained as much meat as this one. The main entrees were very good, but the sides were not. The fries were really greasy, the rice just wasn't good, and the green beans were mediocre. But again - the main dishes were great and there was a lot of them. Service was good. The restaurant is nothing fancy. Overall, a good value as we enjoyed the entrees and walked out completely stuffed for about $25. Definitely worth a visit.

Enjoy a gourmet dinner experience at Chicanes Sebring restaurant, complete with romantic lakeside views in a festive atmosphere. One of Sebring's favorite dining establishments, Chicanes can make your special occasion a memorable one.
This restaurant is great and the food is delicious!! Five Star quality. Ellen Tillman, Manager, is absolutely wonderful and was instrumental in carrying out the surprise birthday lunch we planned for our Aunt. We were staying at the hotel and brought a cake to the restaurant the evening prior to the lunch and they held it for us until time to be served. Also, while we were in transit to the hotel, the cake shifted in the box and the roses and frosting were a little smeared. Much to our surprise when the cake was brought to the table, Ellen made sure to try and correct/camouflage what was damaged and added fresh berries and whip cream. Thanks Ellen!! I must also give a shout out to our server Jason, he was awesome!!

Welcome to Faded Bistro & Beer Garden, the best restaurant in Sebring, FL. We're an open-air bistro built on seasonal ingredients & great service.
What an amazing restaurant! My husband, two children (10 & 8), and I had dinner at Faded. Who knew that Sebring had a restaurant like one youâd find in a big city. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. Friendly staff & made you feel like family. Each plate was a culinary delight. You can taste the freshness of their products. We ordered for appetizers the cheese & charcuterie board, calamari, and ceviche. For our meal, my husband had the green curry. We were lucky enough to have the owners chat with us! Thoroughly enjoyed. Just wish we had bigger stomachs to enjoy more dishes.Felidae71, Thank you for reviewing your experience at Faded. We are so glad you and your family enjoyed your experience, service and entrees. We hope we see you again soon.
