We were keen to get away from the strip malls and themed restaurants and found this part of Kissimmee by accident last time we were in Orlando. There are a few nice looking places but Savionâs stood out on Tripadvisor. The place was instantly friendly and we were warmly welcomed as we walked in. A two piece band played Bass and Keyboard in the background whilst we ate a really nice dinner. This is simple food done well and a million miles from tourist town but only a 30 minute drive.

Our waterview dining is impressive whether you are eating inside or on the patio overlooking the lake. Serving true Florida style BBQ & all the Southern fixins' such as gator tail, catfish and the "you can't get this back home" swamp cabbage stew. Afterwa
We used to really like this place when they had waitress ser vice, but they have now changed to a fast food order before you sit model, with the tables much more crammed together and the eating area half full of gift shop tatt.Having bugged the place up and taken our friend there for lunch it was a bit of a shock.Food is ok but prices are high for this kind of model. I think a have this 5 previously but now it's just an overpriced burger king and not worth the trek to the end of the world if all you want to do is eat!

We passed by this place a few times and if not my friend I would never ever stop there cuz it just doesnât look like a great food spot. But let me tell you, how wrong I was! It is an amazing hole in the wall, that has such a nice home like atmosphere and food like your grandma just made it. Love it- thatâs all I can say! If you in the area, definitely go for it. Highly recommended. Always fresh and tasty food, no matter what you choose.
Shortly after noon we stopped for a sub sandwich. There was a line of people waiting almost out the door. Only one person working. She made the subs well, very good, but it's the longest time we had to wait at a Subway to place our order. There are very limited fast food places around Bellalago so I guess they can get away with having slow service. Other than the wait time because they skimp in staff I would have rated this Subway 5 stars.

O.k. , the food quality is satisfactory, but the menu is dull, the surroundings like a works canteen, and the service is appalling.Top this off with the toilet facilities currently being provided by a porta potti, and there is very little to commend the place at the moment
We don't have Zaxby's at home. While visiting my Brother-in-Law in Poinciana he insisted on taking us. This was our first visit to a Zaxby's. We absolutely loved it! The chicken is delicious with a hint of, I think, smoke...like there are cooked on a charcoal grill. Not sure how they're cooked but they are delicious! The sandwiches are huge, the salads are big enough for two! Wish we had these back where we live!

Restaurant should not be open. Bathrooms have been under repair for months although I see no work being done. Outdoor outhouses at the entry literally stink. One might question overall sanitation in the establishment. Service is slow and food mediocre at best. Prefer to dine out of the community. It is sad that Solivita does not have a decent restaurant.

For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
Their pancakes are always good. I usually only order from the value menu which has good choices for any time of day. The greeter MARITZA must be the happiest person in the world lol. She has the most contagious smile and you canât help but smile back. Itâs very rare to see that these days.

We had two meals at Lakeside during our visit. Thursday evening where you get a free glass of wine providing you show up properly attired -- wearing only a smile. We met new friends at the pool and it was her birthday so we suggested that they join us for dinner at Lakeside. What an embarrassment. We got our glass of wine right away. Our order was taken. We started off with Salads and a French Onion Soup for me. Salads arrived and were all consumed when the waitress stopped by and noticed that I didn't have my soup. She exclaimed "Oh you didn't get your soup" another water told her its been sitting under the heating unit. When I got the soup the cheese was hot but the broth was warm at best. It took a total on 90 minutes from the time we ordered to the time our meal was brought to us. We looked around the restaurant and a number of the tables were already emptying. Our Rib dinners were room temperature as if the air conditioning had been blowing on it for the last 90 minutes. My wife said her fish was a little warm, not hot like you would have expected from a restaurant. Our new friends stated that their ribs were barely warm but I believe they were too embarrassed to complain. Because it was her Birthday she got a Birthday Brownie -- it was hard and dry and you couldn't eat it. Not a very impressive experience for their first time visit to Lakeside. I thought, perhaps it was just a bad day in the Kitchen. Before leaving I used the restroom only to discover a number of food service staff (dressed like cooks) were yucking it up and acting a juvenile. Perhaps this reflects why our experience was so bad.On Saturday evening we enjoyed one of the best Halloween parties we have ever attended. Again it was the people who made it enjoyable. A buffet was served and it was not a good experiences. To start with they had a nice salad but only one dressing was offered. I noticed that it was dirty with plate droppings of blue cheese, croutons, and small bits of lettuce. I was surprised to see the assistant food service manager and other workers not attending to the food line. (They were too busy yucking it up and looking impressive. Perhaps this is one of their major problems -- no one takes their job seriously. People just work for a paycheck and not for the betterment of the dining experience.) Not a single one of these people had any sense to rotate the dressing or clean out the items floating in it. I asked one of the guys for some French Dressing. It took him a few minutes to find someone to talk to and came back and said that they did not have French Dressing but had others. He said the guy back there rattled out a number of dressing names but he couldn't remember which ones they called out. So I asked if they had Thousand Island. Yes he said. He went back and told some one that I wanted Thousand Island Dressing. 8-10 minutes later after waiting around no one came out with the dressing so I left my salad and went back to my table. After about another 10 minutes a guy finds me and said here is your dressing. I stated that waiting twenty minutes was unreasonable. I told him that it took 90 minutes to get our meals on Thursday. Then he became argumentative stating that the dressing on the table was the only one that was to be out there. Fine. My wife returned with her food. It was cold. I went to the buffet only to discover that every dish had cold food in it. Although the steno burners were on I question if they put hot water in the chaffing dishes before they started the burners. Then I started looking at other peoples plates and noticed that the food they took was not being eaten. It appears that a lot of that Buffet went to the garbage can. Paying $30 a head for COLD food is a real rip off.Looking back, our first visit to Lakeside was November last year. All the food was good, hot things were hot and cold things were cold, service was great. We were most impressed. Perhaps it was the novelty of it all. Perhaps they had a good food service management team back then. We also noticed that the restaurant does not turn tables, that once you get a table you can stay there all night long. Our second visit was this last May Lakeside offered nothing spectacular food wise but we noticed that the food was not as good as we first experienced. The entertainment always was great and took your mind off a questionable meal. During this last visit, it appears that Lakeside must have developed some real management problems over the last 12 months from Chef to wait staff. It also appears that resort management is trying to micro manage the food service operation and not delegate. You cannot grow a staff and build trust by micro managing, it shows.I hope that management can take this as constructive criticism from a painfully true experience. When we visit next we are so much looking forward to an improved food service operations at Lakeside.I'm sorry that your experiences at Lakeside were so poor this visit, but I do appreciate your thorough description of the issues. Unfortunately, we did have a turnover in management during your visit.. However, this gives us an opportunity to make some improvements going forward, and your review details a few good places to start. Thank you for the thoughtful review.

I was expecting so much more here. I read the menu before we came and was excited about breakfest. Eggs Benedict! I ordered them with eggs poached medium. I like my eggs cooked. They came and the eggs were just right, the holandaise sauce was cold and of course curdled. I sent the back only to get better holandaise sauce but the eggs were now not cookec, raw egg white. Sent them back and asked for pancakes. They call them light and fluffy, they were flat and old batter. Had to go out to eat breakfast after this event.I'm very sorry you had a bad experience at breakfast. It's usually pretty reliable. I hope you'll give us another try on your next visit. We do appreciate the feedback and will pass it on to the appropriate manager.
