We stopped here for breakfast and it was like the neighborhood coffee shop. The friendly staff in this little diner seemed to know everyone by name. Our breakfasts were exactly as ordered, the food was good (we both had custom omelettes with home fries), portion size more than adequate, service was fast and the place was very clean. No complaints other than I wish they had grapefruit juice, but the OJ tasted fresh squeezed so can't complain too much. We will definitely do this cafe again, the French toast and desserts looked tempting.

Casual outside waterfront dinning on the Sebastian River. Outrigger's offers a variety of menu items ranging from our "Famous Wings," to fresh burgers seafood taco's, salads, full liquor and and much more.
Joined a local group who recommended it. Off the main road and next to the river with moored boats. Catfish in the river. We had fried fish and fries- it was a special for Thursday- which was excellent. Other days- other specials. Worth an Uber trip to. Locals friendly too!

Comfort food with a flair. On the river in Malabar, Florida. On the Water with a long dock for a walk after diner. Outside dining, business meetings, weddings and private parties, event space.
Waited a long to have dinner at the Yellow Dog Cafe. When making reservations asked if it was a special occasion and told them a very special anniversary. I do not know why they asked, nothing to note anniversary. given a table by the kitchen and the restaurant was nearly empty. One of our party ordered the meatloaf after seeing a picture of it online, it came out very dry with potatoe pancakes that were overcooked. i ordered the baked cod, which was nicely cooked over rice with green beans nothing special there. friend ordered fried green tomatoes but was told they forgot to order the tomatoes so they were not available. cesar salad had way too much dressing. the dessert was cheesecake and tasty. the best part of the meal was the bread, very good. sorry, but for the prices of this restaurant i feel it is overrated. So sorry to hear of the of disappointments on your anniversary! We strive to make each reservation perfect but sorry we missed the mark on this day. We hope your anniversary was a happy one and hope to see you again.

Marina cafe has a WIDE variety of sandwiches and salads and each one comes with a choice of 2 soups. They have outside seating facing the water and US1 and inside seating. This place has been consistently excellent for years. The prices for lunches are about $8.00 including a soda. They also allow you to substitute items like my salad came with cheddar cheese, I wanted Swiss. My salad came with some salad dressing, I wanted Asian ginger salad dressing, they r very accommodating. Denise

I am a frequent visitor to Subways when I travel. This one had excellent service. The employees were very friendly and inquisitive about where my accent was from. The subs were really fresh too. I went back twice and will definitely go back again.

Brassie Grille...4 Stars Melbourne Beach. Sometimes you find better food at places you would least expect. I went to the Brassie Grille at the Aquarina golf course. I walked in and the music was pounding and the service was less than desirable however, once the food arrives your thoughts are wow I didn't expect this. Except I did expect it. For some reason restaurants that De-emphasize service usually present an above average meal. I know there are no statistics on this just my personally obtained empirical data. Brassie Grille has the nascent beginnings of something special if the owner decides they want this place to hit on all cylinders. I ordered a tuna melt sandwich and the black and bleu burger. The tuna was fresh and executed flawlessly. Occasionally cooks put too much mayo and no seasoning. This had a perfect blend of mayonnaise and spice. The bread was toasted/grilled leaving a crisp buttery finish to the standard offering. The black and bleu burger had fresh blue cheese crumbles sautéed onions on a bun that was grilled. This latter mention is a rarity. Most diners just slap a burger in a bun and serve. It takes special care to toast/grill a hamburger bun. Give it a try. It's worth the drive.

Excellent local seafood in a sit at the bar setting. Try the local shrimp - no frozen Thailand junk here. 100% local red shrimp, and boy are they good. The clams were also really good. They had local oysters for cheap price, but they were real small with no flavor.

It has been a few years since we decided to try the NE eatery again, after being disappointed in the past. And we are certainly glad that we did!!The fish & Chips is fresh and tasty. Like all the entrees, it comes with two sides. My partner had it with the fries and cole slaw and I had a small ceaser salad and a baked potato. Everything was prepared to order and delicious. The service was friendly. Parking is never a problem. We have been back several times and always pleased. The lobster roll is the Best I've had outside of New England -- chunks of real lobster meat. Its worth a drive if you don't live on the beach.

Heard that these folks had the best Oysters so we decided to give them a try. Small place and was not crowed at all. We were seated and ordered a doz raw and saw they had the best fish n chips for 1000 miles! So got an order of them. First off the water tasted like Clorox bleach! Very stong taste. Yuck. The oysters were very good. Small but good. It is the summer though. The fish??? Well it does not come with Chips or Fries u have to add this as a side ??? U get four little 1â pieces of what looked like cod. Was very good just not enough for the price and fries were not cooked through. Service was excellent. Girls were very prompt. All in all we would give it a 4 but the 3 is due to the water and to the small portions for the cost. I'm sorry to hear that the water tasted bad, that's not normal for us. Thank you for the review, we try to please everybody, maybe next time.

Having grown disenchanted with Squid Lips, we decided to try the Old Fish House.Old, rustic place....just fine. We wanted outside, and all the tables were taken, so we sat at a counter facing the water using old fiberglass fishing chairs as stools. Not very comfortable....avoid these.Soup was good, but very small. Fried seafood was ok, coleslaw was good. Not worth the drive from Vero.....
