Nice size restaurant, clean and friendly. Your typical Applebee's menu, and we had a really good time with our waitress. If you like Applebee's, this is definitely a place for you to stop.

The parking lot at lunch is not full for a reason....great Southern food. Itâs the buffet, not only is it priced right, their food is great. We both opted for baked chicken, excellent. The salad was fresh and the service great. Iâll look for it again.

I ate in the bar area and it was deserted, including staff. Had to repeatedly ask for a cocktail. I was so frustrated I decided to do a take-out. The ribs were excellent, but the fried okra was soft and mushy and inedible. Their Brunswick Stew was just OK and the peach cobbler was fair at best. Seemed to be a very disorganized restaurant.

We had a delicious meal at this restaurant today. One of us had fried catfish, coleslaw and grilled green beans. The other had grilled Cajun shrimp, sweet potato and coleslaw. These items were served with fantastic hush puppies and the condiments were homemade. The experience was pleasant, our waitress, GG, was very good and the food was fresh and excellent. The catfish and shrimp were so well prepared and the prices were reasonable. We will be back!!!!

Such amazing home cooking in the old Carps department store building. Loads of vegetables like my grandmother used to make. Ribs, and Fish, and pudding....and even French fries! Order a big sweet tea...$10 for everything including drink. Think they are only open for lunch! Go...you will not regret it.

Surely the "Boss" was away today! Most of the women who served, hosted and cashiered were pinning their hair up, or in pony tails at the beginning of their shift at the register and then went straight to work at the salad bar and such without washing their hands!!! I saw only one go into the restroom, I assume to use it and maybe wash her hands! Also one used her fingers to pluck a slice of lemon for a glass of tea. Later a different server fetched tongs for the container. We come here all the time, especially on Sunday after church. I was flabbergasted at this! Love their food and their usual service. Today has ruined it for me for some time to come!

Half Restaurant. Half Store. All Country
Had lunch here while traveling to Panama City Beach. My wife had the vegetable plate and I had the hamburger steak. The food was very good. My only complaint is that the hamburger steak had nothing on it. I expected it would have gravy and onions. I asked the server to bring me gravy and she did. We love the ice tea and the cornbread!

I had a business dinner at this restaurant this week and was disappointed. While the table service was prompt and friendly, the BBQ was very dry (pulled chicken and pulled pork). The pork ribs were good as were the baked beans. The potato salad was just average. The most substantial downside was the sheer volume of flies (we ate on the covered patio). At times I felt like I was competing with the flies for my food. Pretty disgusting. The owners might want to consider screening the patio in to reduce the number of flies.

CRESTVIEW is a Military base city. Ferdon Ave is the main drag always filled with HORRENDOUS TRAFFIC! So you take your life in your hands to get to it. And when your GPS shoutsâYou have reached your destination, you look around for a restaurant. Nope! But there is some kind of office building there. NO SIGN, no indication this is a restaurant except in small Gold lettering on the glass on the door. I felt stupid walking up to the door!! Well worth the adventure looking for it. We got there at 5 pm. Lot filled by 5:15. They donât need or want a sign. Was an old accounting office. Great Filet Mignon, tiny art form of a salad. âDo you have a WINE LIST?â No,we are across the street from a CHURCH.â Oooohh! Not a cheap place to eat . Just a GREAT PLACE to eat. A jewel hidden among a throng of fast food troughs. A must stop again place for me....saved it on my favorites.

We are a restaurant and fresh seafood market.
On vacation and looking for a seafood restaurant that serves clams. Yes, they have those here, fried in beer batter. The best!!! So many needed to go box. Reasonably priced. Arrived at the right time 5:30pm, small inside so it didn't take long for the tables to fill. All the reviews were on spot of the great tasting food. The fish market would have been a great choice too, however no place to cook or store the purchases before leaving for home. No matter what your seafood taste is, they can fulfill that for you here. Saw many others on vacation and locals as well. Great service and great food are hard to find at the same time.Thank you!
