I have only had the opportunity to visit twice but will defiantly be back every time I am in the area. Fantastic place to eat. Service was excellent, food great and prices extremely reasonable. The staff treats you like an old friend and is very attentive, it's nearly impossible to empty a coffee cup without someone waiting to refill it. They make sure you want to come back.
We stopped by on Halloween for a quick bite. The Espresso-yoself and Vanilla Dunkle were both amazing. Mixed 1/2 and 1/2 would be awesome! The Pumpkin Spice beer special was delicious and different. We have had candied bacon and lots of different places but the Thai chili sauce and spicy element made this one stand out. Fish tacos were perfect in size and taste. I could eat that pineapple salsa on pretty much anything! Also not to be missed was the beer cheese burger. Definitely left with our bellies full. Pricing was definitely reasonable.

First time at a Chili's and thought it was good for the price. The lunch special was only 8 bucks and I got a small caeser salad that i didn't like, 2 shrimp tacos that were great and salsa and chips that were great. I will go back for lunch but probably skip for dinner. If they would improve their salad dressing it would be better.

Stopped in here for lunch while at a baseball tournament at nearby Lake Myrtle Fields. We saw the advertising at the games, so it was an easy choice while hunting for a place to eat. Our server was good and the food was average. My wife had a salad and I had the Watterson. I feel like there should be more to write on this, but that just lends itself to why it is only average.

This little gem of a place is off the beaten path in the small community of Lake Alfred. If you use Google maps, you may miss it because the street (North Lake Shore Way) is not marked and there is no traffic light. From Hwy 17/92 you will be crossing the railroad track. Although the decor may be a little feminine, the food is delicious and the service is outstanding. The desserts are absolutely outstanding. All four of us (men and women) very much enjoyed our meals and the guys volunteered that they would go back any time. All of us are looking forward to going back for another thoroughly enjoyable meal.

Whenever I travel, I generally avoid "touristy" places. I want to eat where locals eat to get an idea of the area, to get a small glimpse of what it is like to live in the area. If you like to do that as well, Main Street Diner is the place to go. Good food, friendly servers, and good prices. It is a bit off of I-4, but the drive on 559 from I-4 to the diner is not bad and I believe worth it. The parking area in front of the diner was full, so we parked across the street. I'm not sure if that is allowed during the week.

It was our first time eating there. Our friends had been there about 10 years ago. The food was good and the service was very quick. Nothing fancy but good food. The coleslaw was outstanding.

Went there for take out because I loved the rack of ribs I ate in that place three years ago. I was expecting the same experience today, 01/31/2019 shortly after 5:00 pm. When I got home, ten minutes away, I found that the ribs were undercooked, raw inside (not "rare") and their edges were even seeping blood. The fries looked and tasted as if they had been leftovers, hard and with a deep-orange color, as if they had been refried. The corn bread, the cole slaw and the sauce were okay, I suggest that, if you go there, don't get the take out and immediately leave. When you get the order open the black container to check if the ribs and the fries were cooked right. Better yet, eat in and complain to the server if the food was not properly cooked. Our sincere apologies and thank you for the honest feedback. That is not how I like to send my food out at all. We would like you to give us another chance. When you come back, please ask for Jim or Dottie, and we will make it right for you.
