This is a great place to eat some excellent country cooking seafood and other favorite dishes and deserts!
It is all you can eat for a moderate price! Boiled and fried shrimp, fried catfish and porkchops, pulled pork Bbq and all the sides.
If an openly Christian atmosphere is offensive to you, eat somewhere else!
Your loss!
Look for the very large cross by the side of Hwy 49 and you have found the place!

The first time I went here, I had the catfish plate. It was quite good, but I sampled my husband's rib plate, and there's been no looking back--it's been the rib plate for me ever since. In all fairness, there are any number of other things you can choose from, but I think they serve the best ribs in the metro area.
You can use the drive through or place your order inside at the counter. You are speedily served with your meal in a styrofoam container. It's very casual, obviously, and there are tables inside or you can sit outside. I've never been here when they weren't doing a very brisk business both inside and with the drive through, but you will get your order quickly.
Unless your idea of going out to eat is a place with soft background music and white tablecloths, you should check out the Frisco Deli without delay.

It's mostly a produce/garden/souvenir stop, except that they have a dozen flavors or so of homemade ice cream (made specifically for sale there by Donna's husband), as well as fresh homemade fudge. It's a GREAT ice cream stop on South 49.
My Australian family and I were traveling along when we spotted Donna's and the myriad of ornaments scattered around the store for sale. So we pulled in and looked around and it was great to see such a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. The store inside was full of some great homemade sauces and jams and I was happy to walk away with a few jars of sauce and relish.
The services was warm and friendly and the homemade fudge looked delicious.
A must to stop at, take a break and take in some great gifts and food.

No website. This is one of, I believe, two locations in MS. One of the best seafood buffets I've ever been to. High quality selections. Great service. I would highly recommend it. Family friendly.
Thought we'd try for lunch. The fried chicken was good, the shrimp and catfish I'd pass on, it wasn't good. The dessert bar was decent. Maybe it wasn't our thing after having fresh seafood for the past week.

Their breakfast here is the best. You can get the go to (donuts), which are awesome, but I normally get either the sausage biscuits or the croissant breakfast sandwich. They are always hot, prepared fresh, and taste wonderful. Best breakfast place in Richland, honestly.

This place is amazing! They serve both sweat and savory pies with six different types of meat and a dozen sweet choices. We ordered nearly everything on the menu on our first visit and then we discovered that you can mix the fillings. They have a few ready to go in the case but you can also have the pies made to order.

As a native of the catfish capitol of the world, and a aficionado of these bottom feeders, which I have had baked, broiled and fried over the course of my nearly 63 years - including those I have hauled up by a line and laid into a red hot skillet full of lard on the banks of a bayou, I know good catfish. I thought I knew Jerry's. But, the last trip to the Florence landmark in its white beehive dome building was just not as good as I had expected it to be after a half dozen trips before. I do not live in Florence. I actually live in Arizona now for work. Work is work but I'd rather be home - eating catfish. But we come here whenever we are visiting the old(er) folks. My mom, one of those older folks lives in Ridgeland and she ate here more recently. But, even she agreed that this last trip was just not up to snuff. I don't know why. I cannot imagine they would change the recipe. Maybe my taste has changed. (When not here, we go to the Cock of the Walk on the Reservoir, which is excellent - really better.) Anyway, this is kind of a fun place. All the sides are great - the best darn fried okra ever - but the fish now seems so-so. Sorry Jerry. If you've done something different to compete with Berry's and its gigantic cross in its front yard - stop it.

This place is best for carry-out, and every single item we've carried out has been great! Only place I'll buy frozen shrimp--their easy-peel is the freshest- and best-tasting I've found in this area and it's, well, easy to peel. Great prices and quality.

Enjoyed a family night out. Ordered a large bowl of Caso cheese dip and ordered chicken Fajitas. The caso bowl was about twice as large as normal plus some. The fajitas had great flavor. Just a hint of something different, but very good. Would definitely eat here again. Everyone left happy and stuffed. Just about everyone had to go boxes as they waddled out the door.

I love to eat here. Their food is good, plentiful and easy to please a whole family. This time we had the soup and sandwich combo. The peach ice tea if awesome, if a little sweet. But you can get them to add some unsweetened to tone down the sugar.
This particular restaurant had much more seating than it looked. They were fast and efficient. A very good plus for travelers.
