Plan your visit to the Blue & Gray museum around lunch at Nabilla's and come hungry. Her buffet commands repeat visits from everyone who happens to eat there when passing through. Traditional fare and home made desserts. Be sure and meet Nabilla, An Egyptian veteran of the Six Day War, gone Southern.

This is an excellent casual dining place. There are a variety of freshly-made sandwiches with a variety of wonderful breads as well as daily soup specials. The food is great. I had the fruity chicken salad and it was fabulous, along with a side of broccoli salad. It is right across from the Grand Theater and the downtown area is nice to walk around!

The food here is good and with good portions. Theme seems to be Italian with a southern flair. It is located in the historic section of town next to the Grand Theater. Walk in and order at the order counter and have a seat and they bring you your order when it is ready. A little noisy at times, but not overly loud. A good place to bring your family and friends.

Floyd's Hamburger Shack has been renamed to Floyd's BBQ. They have amazing bbq so we were told, but being our visit fell on July 5, we were stuffed with BBQ from the 4th. Hubby had the smoked chicken with cole slaw and baked beans. Chicken was cooked wonderfully, the cole slaw (mayo style like it should be) and the beans weren't out of a can. Me not really wanting Chicken, spied the Patty Melt..I asked the waitress about it, and she told me it was the exact way she would make it at home...lg beef patty with provolone (you have your choice) cheese, caramelized onions...it was outta this world good on sour dough bread.!! Potato Salad was homemade and very tasty. We would definitely stop here again!

A&J's is nothing fancy, small town bbq / grill going strong. Hubby had the bbq sandwich, no complaints other than it seemed to have a crunch on it where it was heated up on the flat top...(but then better than sitting under a heat lamp all day in our opinion.) Good flavor! I had the 'mini' (and its not small) beef brisket sandwich. It comes with a cup of Au jus. It is oven roasted to wonderful tenderness. Make sure you order the caramelized onions to go on top. Yum!!

Wonderful lunch buffet! It's become a weekly favorite! They just installed a bar and karaoke machine so I look forward to a great night out in the near future.

Late check-in necessitated a quick bite before sleepy-time. Didn't want a sandwich so figured Asian would fit the bill. We found this place downtown Fitzgerald with the parking lot fairly full so we figured it would be ok. Thank goodness for the "McDonaldization" of Asian food as it was on par with what one would expect from a hibachi/buffet style restaurant of this kind. The food was hot, fresh, and the buffet was kept well-stocked. The hibachi cook prepared the grilled food as requested so no complaints there. They actually understood that my wife has an allergy to mushrooms and made the necessary accommodations to ensure no cross-contamination occurred. I would eat here again if I were ever back this way. The value for the money is without complaint.
