Nightmare in Fertőrákos
Reviewed By Cathy_BearWe arrived at this accomodation for 4 nights with 2 children but we spent only one night there. The reason was the room which caused nightmare for us. When we entered the room we encountered with a very strong confined air. When we indicated it to the manager they said noone else has been complaining about it and the smell disturbs only the ones having white nose... In addition, they tried to explain that two small air condition machine were installed to neutralize the confined air which actually did not help at all. We are sure the management of the guesthouse were aware of this because they installed several aromatic air-freshener in the romm which did not help either. In addition, the beds were extremely uncomfortable as well... As a short summary, we had to leave this guesthouse in the morning because my wife started coughing, one of our children was not able to sleep in that confined air and I had also breathing issue. As a fact, we do not say its root-cause was that terrible confined air, our daughter had got fever in 2 days and then the doctor diagnosed guinsy (serious tonsillities) at her... Best to forget it ASAP...

Reviewed By 801l_szl_sNagyon szép és igényes hely, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szoba kényelmes ágyakkal és környezettel pihenésre tökéletes, rendezett, tiszta és igényes. Mindenkinek ajánlom, a Fertő tó is pár km, kirándulás szempontjából is tökéletes. A kirándulás szempontjából az is nagyon kellemes hogy nem kell messzire menne mert a helyszínen van kerékpár kölcsönzés, ami kényelmesebbé teszi a túra élvezetét. Én személy szerint nagyon jól éreztem magam, kitudta pihenni magam a hosszú munka után.

The rooms are really stiylish and clean with excellent amenities, the quality of service received was absolutely excellent. The garden is lovely with grill options where you can enjoy your evening away from the croud. Overall we were extremely happy and we will be definetly back in the near future. Do not hesitate to book room here!

Reviewed By 952ulrichjIch habe mit meiner Frau eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche, in der Pension verbracht. Die Inhaber und ihre Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Das üppige Frühstück, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Alles sieht sehr neu aus und macht einen gepflegten, sauberen Eindruck . Freundliches Personal . Grosszügige Frühstückskarte nach der man bestellt. Nachschlag inklusive . Parkmöglichkeit im abgeschlossenen Hof. Freies Wifi . Bestens geeignet auch für Ausflüge rund um den Neusiedler See

Reviewed By koszlanyiTiszta, csendes, a reggelihez valókat kistermelőktől szerzik be ami dícséretes. Kedves fogadtatás, kiszolgálás. A parkolás nem egyszerű,de nyilván amikor ezt építették még nem volt ennyi autó. Összességében minden ok.
