Reviewed By fquadraWonderful location, impeccable cleanliness! The apartments are very charming and the kitchen is very well equipped! Perfect for family with kids as there are toys available at the building facilities. All this not to speak about the friendliness from the team running the pension, best is not possible! My best recommendations to the Tirolerhof!

Off season long weekend ski trip to glacier
Reviewed By want2ski4everThe food quality is the best aspect of this hotel. The breakfast is more than the usual boiled egg kind with more cooked options as well as the usual breads, cheeses, various fruits and yoghurts. The bedroom is very spacious with a large king sized bed and plenty of wardrobe space. There was fast free WiFI and a 42 inch Samsung TV with only 3 or 4 English speaking channels. The double balcony with views of the small waterfall and fast flowing stream from it was nice as well as the mountainous views of the surroundings. The swimming pool was a 5 stroke special oval shaped pool that’s acceptable for a hotel. There was two saunas, one steam room with changing colour lights and one relaxation room with changing colour lights and scents. The ski room had plenty of ski boot heaters/dryers. The decor was nice the print painting above my bed headboard was nice. The various historical photos and other decorations were nice too. The ski bus stop was less than 5 minutes walk away.

Great value for your money
Reviewed By Pop SVery nice hotell with huge rooms. Fod was very good, the staff helpful. The only problem was that only one person in the staff spoke English.. the rest knew only German. However we got along great. The Hotel has enough parking spots, rooms are very clean. It is less then 5 minutes away from the public pool. Easy to reach.

Lovely stay
Reviewed By ronnies342Stayed two nights and a lovely welcoming stay. All staff so friendly and helpful. Half board included a large buffet breakfast then afternoon coffee and cake. Evening meal was 5 courses and good quality and a choice. Bedroom was of good size with a balcony and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would not hesitate to recommend this charming hotel.

Reviewed By 672r_ajSehr saubere und schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, wo es nicht oft vorkommt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Great base for the glacier
Reviewed By Andrew-LeakeyReally enjoyed staying here. Superb location for glacier snowboarding - just drive up the road or take the bus from the stop outside the hotel. Bed was v comfy -slept well. Brekky was laid out well and a good continental range. Dinner was good - especially the chicken. The desserts were perfect - a nice taster. Reception staff were v friendly and helpful. Bar staff slightly less so but still ok. Would go again.

Not impressed; it's the small things that matter.
Reviewed By Ben QWe were staying at this hotel's sister hotel: Hotel Tia Appart; located about 500 m away. Overall the hotels are ran well however, we were told we could out in laundry during the week for the cost of €5. We could take it to Tia Monte in the morning and pick it up after skiing. I was first refused on a Thursday, being told it was only on Saturday and Sunday I could use this service, friends had already us d this service on a Tuesday. I returned on Sunday and again got refused and told it was Monday. I explained what had happened but the receptionist wasn't interested. It's the little things that make a difference and turning me away twice was a waste of a paying guest's time and poor management and communication of services. For this reason I am not rating very high. If this service had ran smoothly it would have made a better experience. Hopefully after submitting this review the hotel will promote some consistency in their services.
