Reviewed By gregv897On a Sunday morning me and my girlfriend were off work stay in there because we were in the middle of moving into our house and I think the cleaning lady thought we were arguing or something we were having a good time just talkin laughing and the blonde cleaning lady knocked on my door threatened to send me the jail she hit that door so hard I thought someone was trying to break in I never write reviews and didn't want to write this while I was staying in there cuz I didn't know if it was a personal attack on my part and who knows what she was capable of but basically me and my girlfriend we're completely freaked out by the fact that we think she was standing by the door listening all morning and sticking her nose in business that shouldn't be stuck in she was being belligerent also gave my cat a panic attack for 2 days the staff behind the counter good job but you need the fighter that cleaning lady the one with the blond hair people trying to run a business and then you got people like that messing it up my girlfriend's dad runs multiple businesses she would have been fired in a heartbeat looks like covid is affected the cleaning staff and they have to hire people that they usually wouldn't hire and unlike the cleaning lady I don't work in my pajamas I'm not here for a personal attack or to make fun of anybody just warning people she will get involved avoid

A clean and quiet modest motel
Reviewed By FreddieW799I stayed here for four nights and liked it. Obviously, it's a Knights Inn and not a Ritz Carlton so temper your expectations accordingly. I would strongly encourage you to stay in the front building where the office is and avoid the back two buildings because it seemed like there were long-term people staying back there and gave it a shady vibe. Plus, the WiFi seemed a lot faster in the front building and the ice machine is in the lobby so more convenient. The room itself is clean and carpeted, and there is a large desk and a king bed. Fridge and microwave worked fine. The wall-mounted heater unit was kind of worn out but still functioned well. Parking was always available. The front office makes you talk through one of those plexiglass windows which is annoying so hopefully they get rid of that once COVID disappears. You will save about $8 per night by booking your room on RedLion.com versus paying cash upfront.

Reviewed By maziars27We came to the area for a shopping trip. This was well located for where we wanted to be. We were very happy with our stay. spacious rooms, with living area and two TVs. Clean, renovated space. Comfortable beds. Complementary bottles water was a nice touch. Also loved that the hotel had filtered refillable water bottle stations. Good service at the front desk - nice big welcoming lobby.. and great value. Also offered Starbucks and cafe items for sale. Will absolutely stay again.

Small pool, tough acoustics in pool room
Reviewed By 521laurakNice, newer hotel. For families, be aware the pool is quite small. Maybe 14’ x 22’. Not much room for two families at once. 7 kids in the pool and it’s full. It is heated though, and nice in temp. There is also a nice hot tub. However, the acoustics in the pool/hot tub room are awful. If there are a few kids in the pool, two adults cannot speak to each other in the hot tub without yelling. Very difficult to hold a conversation of any sort in this room with any amount of activity.

Motel has quality and service has declined
Reviewed By chB7200MIWe booked a 26 night stay (for work). Moved rooms 3 times in 9 days. First room cable not working and refrig malfunctioned blew hot air inside and ruin week worth of food. Second room had a known bathroom electrical wiring issue that was waiting on part (safety issue). Third room, bed spread had burn holes and was not exchanged when asked. There was NO housekeeping of any sort in 18 days. Contacted front desk staff numerous times and after 18 days contacted Red Roof corp for assistance as we are 18 days in out of 26. Required to prepay full 26 nights so checkout and credit card refund was not an available option.

Reviewed By sill_adamWe ended up here bc the first two hotels we tried had pools that weren’t working. Staff was friendly and helpful. No grab and go breakfast which was weird bc every Holiday Inn I’ve been to in the last two years has them. It worked for a one night stay.

Reviewed By lisaaben63Get a receipt and check it before you leave!!! We were charged for two nights but only had a reservation through Choice Hotels for one night. I turned in my keys so you would think the hotel can track key usage or even maid service to know we left. No one will help me, they just keep saying talk to someone else. We traveled a lot this year and this is the only issue we have had with Comfort Inn. Very disappointing.
