The rumors are true! The Three Salsas have returned to Allen in Allen's favorite hole-in-the wall, Tex-Mex restaurant. La Finca Chiquita is located in historic Downtown Allen in the old post office building. Serving traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex recipes in a family friendly environment! Viva Las Tres Salsas!
It's no wonder this little restaurant has such high ratings. The food and service are outstanding!
I come here for the Spinach Chicken Quesadilla. The spinach tortilla adds great flavor in addition to the fresh spinach. Add Fajita Chicken with their bell pepper, mushrooms, cheese and onion... and you have a great meal! We also really like their sauteed fresh veggies, bean soup, and beef fajitas.
The wait staff are very attentive and keep tea glasses filled throughout the meal. It's worth the wait even if all their tables are full.

Humble Beginnings Gloria and Jose Fuentes were seventeen years old when they arrived to the United States in 1978. Like many other young Salvadorians, they were filled with hope - longing for a better life than what they were experiencing in a cruel and intense civil war, and civil chaos which lasted many years (decades) in El Salvador. Without knowing each other, Gloria and Jose settled in Houston, Texas and faced the precarious existence and survival difficulties of undocumented immigrants for some time. Now we're cookin' Fatefully, love created a miracle when they met and moved to Dallas to work with Gloria's sister at a Salvadorian restaurant, which her sister owned in Oak Cliff. A year later passed, and Gloria's sister gave up on the restaurant and Gloria and Jose chose to take over. Despite all the obstacles, and showing amazing resilience and a persistent work ethic, their life was beginning to change for the best. Playing an entrepreneurial role - with no previous knowledge - they registered the assumed Gloria's name before the Dallas County Clerk on April 15, 1986. A few months later they became legal U.S. Residents under the amnesty provisions of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. Under Jose and Gloria's management, the little Salvadorian restaurant became distinguished for their tasty food. It was so full of flavor that an undercover critic of the Dallas Morning News gave them a very positive review. The next day there was a considerable line of Anglo clients waiting under the summer sun of Dallas, for an opportunity to indulge in the new and delicious dishes. Even William "Bill" Clements, Jr., The Governor of Texas at the time, was one of those curious customers. Gloria's growth has been a constant ever since then. Now boasting 15 Texas locations, the restaurant still serves the same delicious Latin cuisine that has been satifying hungry Texans for over 25 years.
I booked this restaurant for a luncheon of retiree teachers. We had a private room with a great view. Reuben was very helpful setting up the details. He did not disappoint. The waiters handled the 20 people with easy and courtesy and in a timely manner. We were not rushed. The food was excellent and I would recommend the tostada plate. We each paid for out own meal and this was no problem. I was very pleased with our luncheon. It was private, the service was great, and the food was excellent.

First time visit and it was a great change of pace. Old west atmosphere took me back to Old Prescott Arizona where I grew up! Brazed catfish over a bed of coleslaw was absolutely wonderful. A quick trip to Choctaw and back in time to catch a late evening drink and some great music! Our next visit will be early enough to get a table!!

Like the Primavera, but thought it better when there was more yummy capellini and less green. Chicken in Pollo Parmigiana was dry. Like the portion sizes on the Italian Classics, as they are not oversized as with some Italian restaurants. This leaves room for their great desserts.

This was a beautiful restaurant with very friendly and informative service, when it came to the menu items. We were surprised to see $21 in soda charges and were not told of a refill fee only a waiter who quickly offered to refill our glasses.Hi Cheri! I'm really sorry to hear about that - could I have a phone number to talk about it with you? Thanks!

I can honestly say we completely enjoyed out meal at this Wild Salsa location. The food was reasonably priced for what it was and the service was top notch. We each had the tacos and were very pleased with our meals. The food was fresh and well prepared. Our service was excellent (ask for Nate) as we had the menu explained in detail and were given great suggestions on things to try. (The guacamole with apple wood bacon really very good.) Will be going back!

At In-N-Out Burger, quality is everything. Stop by to enjoy our menu of hamburgers, cheeseburgers, french fries and shakes. In-N-Out makes fast food the old fashioned way.
We dine at In and Out in California all the time with family that lives there. Had to be in Allen for a memorial service so had to have our Cali fix. Never disappoints. Great service, quick. Food is very good. Always crowded and this visit was no different. We only had 30 minutes after traveling for hours from Houston, and made the service. Jealous there are not In and Outs in Houston yet. That will change soon.
Enjoy!

Tucked away in the back of the Village at Fairview is an Italian restaurant that just happens to also serve up some of the best pizza in Texas. The other menu items are uniformly excellent which makes for some tough choices--- Pizza or Pasta, Salad and Pizza, Pasta and salad? Have it all! Sharing these great menu items is what it's all about. Nice selection of wine and beer.
