I've been to Rice Paper twice and each time the food and service has been excellent. The Pad See Ew and Pad Thai are both delicious. Avoid Pad Thai Restaurant down the street and come here instead.

Fleming’s Steakhouse is the ultimate steakhouse destination for people seeking a stylish, lively and contemporary dining experience. Nationally renowned for our USDA Prime beef and steakhouse fare, Fleming's is equally celebrated for the ‘Fleming’s 100’, our award-winning wine list that features 100 wines by-the-glass, many available at $10 or less. While Prime beef reigns supreme, other flavorful dishes offered include chops, freshly grilled fish and poultry, generous salads and side orders. Whether you're enjoying a casual bite and glass of wine in our bar or an evening of indulgent dining, our goal at Fleming's is to provide an ongoing celebration of exceptional food and wine, to be enjoyed in the company of friends and family. We look forward to the pleasure of your company.
This is my third review of Fleming's and unfortunately this one is negative. I have praised this place for years and the food is still amazing but we encountered several issues on this visit. First of all I noticed no one was coming around to refill our water glasses and drink orders. Then one member of our party ordered French Onion Soup and there was a bay leaf in it. Bay leafs are a choking hazard and for anyone not knowing what they are might try to consume one. When I pointed it out to our server, she argued with me and said it was suppose to be in there. I didn't ask to speak to the manager because we were guests of friends that evening. Our server also would argue with me and I guess try to make me look dumb when I would ask simple questions. Other times when my family and I have dined here we have had the best service in the world. Our bill usually runs between $500 to $700 and I expect friendly, attentive and respectful service when I pay this amount of money.

Never been to BJ's had a gift card. First it took awhile to get seated the decor was kind of a renovated warehouse look somewhat cold looking. The prices I thought were upscale 27.00 for Prime Rib it seemed high so I got a Top sirloin 15.95 mashed potatoes and house salad. The salad was small just greens and croutons and dressing already on it and a few pieces of minced tomatoes. The entree came very stark looking ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes no gravy and a 6 ounce small steak and that's all that was on the plate. It's a good thing I'm a light eater. For dessert we had a salted caramel ice cream Pitzooki for 6.95 which has a cookie in the bottom ice cream on top with caramel it was ok. The service was good and the food came quick. It was just to pricey for me. They have an extensive craft brew menu but I'm not really into crafted beers. If you like craft beers and high food prices and small portions then this is the place for you.

Good and service is always excellent. Unusually go with the shawarma rolled or the kabob plate with rice. They put cinnamon in their rice. Tastes great! Sometimes I'll get a fruit smoothie, very tasty as well. Their hot green tea is good on a cold day. I also often get the house salad with Aladdins dressing. All great!

I was here with friends for our monthly "girls lunch".
First, our waiter, Jeff, was absolutely wonderful! He was attentive, informative, and so very pleasant and courteous.
We all got the lunch combo - I had the chopped salad and the half Tavern dip. The house dressing is very good but the star was the Tavern dip. This is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had - ever. If you like prime rib, try this!
The atmosphere pleasant, the service was excellent and the food was delicious .

Met a buddy here for dinner and was looking forward to a great burger and this is exactly what I had. The place is very modern but has a nice laid back feel to it meaning you don't have to worry about showing up in jeans and a t-shirt to eat. I went ahead and ordered the 7th Heaven burger but opted to have the Mojo pattie which was beef mixed with andouille sausage. The burgers came out and they were a good size with a nice helping of fries on the side. It was cooked perfect and the mix of the sausage and andouille was wonderful as it provided just a touch of heat. Covered with the bacon and the onion jam and you have one amazing hamburger. Mix that with the friendly service and you have a great place to grab a burger, any time.

Related to the Rockne's in Stow, Ohio
Had lunch here while visiting my brother in law. Ordered a Firestone salad with a fresh grilled chicken breast. Pita bread was on the side. Portion was really big. The dressing tasted like it was homemade. Hubby ordered the bacon chicken tender cheddar sub sandwich. Well well, need to split the entrées. Service was great and the place was clean. Will I come back in the future??Oh yeah baby.

Stricklands(R) Frozen Custard was founded in 1936 by Bill and Florence Strickland. During his years as an Akron Pure Milk employee, Bill developed his own rich recipe of cream, eggs, sugar and other ingredients. With his formula perfected, Bill turned his attention to developing an ice cream machine (called a "batch freezer") that would quickly freeze the ice cream, while limiting the air whipped into the product. The result is Stricklands' award-winning ice cream. Bill and Florence built the first Stricklands Frozen Custard stand on Triplett Avenue in Akron, Ohio, and the Stricklands' legend was born. The original ice cream store is still in operation today (and so are the original batch freezers!), Run by the third generation of the Strickland family, and serving the same fantastic ice cream and frozen custard that made Stricklands a local landmark.
Stricklands has been an Akron staple for years and this location is owned by the 3rd generation of the Strickland's family. Check their website for the daily flavors. The custard is creamy and fresh and my favorite custard in town. Some of my family favorites are Raspberry Chocolate Chunk, Banana and their Twisters.

Their fresh, award-winning Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch dishes are made using only the best ingredients without the use of heat lamps or deep fryers.
