Reviewed By niclasinnottI've stayed here a number of times now. Each time is better than the last. If you travel with a disabled person and need to sleep in your own bed, this motel has one out of four four ADA rooms, with two queen beds. Parking is just outside the door. It's perfect for us.

Very disappointed in the Hilton brand
Reviewed By FranP2We chose this hotel because we are Hilton loyalists and it has a pool and is close to our family we were visiting. From the first night we were let down. The hotel has an older ac system with units in all rooms. Ours was so loud that we could hardly sleep. We complained to management and they said they sent technicians twice but we could tell no difference. The first morning we woke up and went to get coffee downstairs but there was none except decaf. Someone was sent to the store and we had coffee a couple hours later. The second morning we woke up and went down to breakfast and yay there was coffee but alas there was no made to order breakfast because the cook didn’t show up. This place is in awful need of a management change! Also the pool was lovely but frigid with no heater.

We asked if there was any possible way we could stay one more night and they were unable to accommodate us. The property was clean, the room was very large and comfortable. There was lots of space to walk our dogs. The pool was being fixed. The staff was all very nice and apologetic for being unable to correct the drain issue. We were given points for our inconveniences.

Disappointed
Reviewed By WhippymomI have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I was wholly disappointed with the way they have let it go. The hotel was dirty and in disrepair. The room I stayed in this time was 108. There must have been a tub leak at one time. The repair was not done professionally as you can see from the photos. There was even mold on the carpet in the hallway opposite the tub. The room was not cleaned well and sanitized the tile floor in the entry was filthy as well as the doors had fingerprints all over them. Not wiped down at all. I couldn’t sit in the chair provided it was so dirty. There were mismatched branded toiletries. There were moth holes in the curtains. One of the closet doors was completely missing. The breakfast was a joke. They had white bread with butter and jelly. Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes, apples and milk. Nothing else. Since Wyndham has taken over La Quinta they have really gone down hill.

Don't Stay Here, especially if handicapped or new to area
Reviewed By lawrencerE9774GJLone check in clerk learned English as second language, unable to provide clear direction to the hotel. Hassled us about seeing the room before paying. Harassed handicapped couple to return the baggage cart immediately, though we had luggage to bring in. NO coffee in office, nor paper, nor a kind person in the office. Breakfast consisted of a bottle of water, a granola bar and frozen breakfast sandwich which had to be prepared in the room, did not fit our diet, and the microwave was not up to task to defrost completely. Handicap room was difficult to reach due to failed room keys, a gate to enter from parking lot and inhospitable staff. Syringes in parking lot and individuals, not necessarily guests, smoking pot . Could not get out of the reservation as we arrived after 4:00 pm that day but would have if we could. Will never stay there again. Expected better from Comfort Inn/ Quality inns.

Worst stay ever!
Reviewed By lpw45Day 7 of a 9 day stay. Pool/hot tub not cleaned, room semi cleaned once. Had to get room keys replaced a few times. Coffee/t.p. not replaced. No place to hang or store clothing, etc. Horrible bed & pillows. And, you can forget getting any sleep due to extreme noise from other rooms and parking lot.
