Our room smelled like PEE, and we had to call the front desk to get towels in our room. We have family in Eunice, and we'll NEVER stay at a Best Western again!

The sun is always shining on this Days Inn & Suites, the "Prairie Cajun Capital's" premier interior corridor property. Located right off of scenic Highway 190 East and within walking distance of several restaurants, we are right around the corner from many of the city's most admired landmarks, such as the Savoy Music Center and Fred's Lounge. The Days Inn and Suites of Eunice is a spectacular Eunice location for budget minded travelers and the friendliest service in the prairie city.

Reviewed By cc592022Staff is so unprofessional!! Hotel 101 Management classes need to be scheduled for the entire team. Room not clean on day 2 and the Manager reply was I don’t know what happen. Back door don’t lock not safe for guest anyone can enter the Hotel throughout the night. Reward members not greeted as reward members ! Carpet smells no clean towels. But clearly you want to enforce Covid regulations but bed linen and towels are dingy in color!

Reviewed By Michael RWe were in Eunice on business at a field site nearby. The town is small, and there are maybe 4 hotels there, probably used mostly by visitors to one of several energy industry facilities in the area. My room was clean, functionally furnished, and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, the AC/heat worked well, and the TV was large. The hotel seemed to be of fairly recent vintage. My room faced north toward the highway which was noisy. The rooms facing south were quiet but gave an industrial view, according to my colleague. Breakfast was free but I skipped it after the first day as even at that price it wasn't a good deal. There are various restaurants within a short drive. The Holiday Inn Express was at about the upper end of the price range of local hotels at about $100 plus about $15 in taxes, per night. It is very much a budget level hotel, and it served its purpose.

Reviewed By lisacA8950XZI arrived asi do and stay there when I visit relatives. I haven’t had many issues previously but it was not like that this time. The first day I noticed that there were only two towels and no trash bags the air conditioner didn’t work , and the guests next door were very loud and obnoxious. I understand they never let locals get hotel rooms there . The owner apologized and offers me a free night I went to visit family and while I was gone they locked me out my room and when I called about it they have to meet you there is no one at the front desk after 8 pm. The owner was extremely rude and I guess she didn’t like my complaint. I asked why they went into my room and she explained they found a dirty towel that I cleaned fruit punch with. Then she said we were never allowed there again . She also kicked us out at 11:30 at night with my child. I’m a decent person and didn’t cause any trouble I should have taken pictures. Maybe you will have a better experience but I would never recommend taking any chances here.

When you walked on the carpet your white socks were no longer white. I would advise anyone to keep on going and save your money and time a cardboard box would be better
