Beautiful yet very Poor service
Reviewed By Mpone MThis is such a beautiful place with amazing views from our rooms. We had a midweek stay with my husband. However we were told that our room will not be cleaned. It was disappointing that even the used dishes none of the staff took an initiative to come and check and clear up.The reason was they dont clean due to covid 19. Just been to hotels in the last 2 months and our rooms were cleaned every single day. The other disappointing thing is that we were not even told that they do not offer dinner meals. After a long drive we had to settle for pizza and sandwich.which we dont like. I highly recommend that rooms are cleaned daily. When people are on holiday they want to relax and not think about cleaning rooms.You also need to have delivery service menu readily available. Not impressive...yet stunning rooms and views.

Reviewed By cgrusc742281Vekis village is a wonderful place. The huts are very spacious, well equipped and lie in the middle of green garden. You can go on various marked hiking trails directly from the property from where you have a great view over the surroundings. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and nice. Would definitely come back.

The meals are all good. I love the Swazi feel that one gets from visiting this hotel. The morning views are so refreshing. I also love the class of this hotel. For me it is just heaven

Het huis is voor Swaziland begrippen zeer modern met veel Afrikaanse bling bling en ligt dichtbij het shoppingcentre. Het uitzicht vanaf de tuin is fenomenaal. Een aanrader voor mensen die een nachtje, op doorreis, in Swaziland willen verblijven.

Reviewed By rick1173中国系モーリシャス人である、ご夫婦が経営されている小さなゲストハウス。 元々中国料理店を経営していたこともあり、別オーダーで頼めば中華料理の注文も可能です。（人数による可能性も有り） 同じアジア人であるからか、非常に親切で近くのスーパーまで車で送り届もして下さった。 街の中心街からは少し距離が離れているが、治安もよりエリアにあり、前述したスーパーも歩いて行けるため便利です。自炊は不可、WIFIはちゃんとつながりました。

Reviewed By Glen MA homely and most welcoming atmosphere in the outskirts of Mbabane. Peaceful place well situated at the foot of the mountain. Spacious well kept rooms. Very friendly and approachable staff and down to earth owners. The food was always palatable, especially the chicken and dessert. We really felt at home for the whole week we spent there. Providing more TV channels would be more ideal.

Cozy room in a beautiful setting
Reviewed By PastorMduWe came to the restaurant a month ago and saw the grounds for the first time. That made us want to come and stay overnight. We enjoyed a cool dip in the pool on a particularly hot summer day. The gardens are simply beautiful. Our room had a very private porch were we sat out in the evening. We had a leisurely stroll through the gardens; my wife took a second stroll in the morning while I worked because once was not enough. Our room was spacious and nicely furnished. Not fancy but cozy. Breakfast was delicious and included several options. They also had real ground coffee with French presses available - no instant coffee! One drawback was the wifi. At first it was turned off, later it came on but had a weak signal, and in the end it was totally unusable. Made worse by the fact that the area had poor cell reception so using 4G was not an option either.

Absolutely everything was over my expectations: the room, the place, the location, the staff, the food, the facilities, etc. I had three wonderful nights with them and I can say for sure that during my 23 days of Southern African trip, I couldn’t find a better bed or a room that comfortable. It was big and they think about all the details to make the stay very pleasant. There was a coffee machine, a water boiler, tea and even some cookies. The closet has lots of space to put the personal belongings, the desk is very useful and I liked all the decoration - specially the sentences in the frames. The shower is very good and warm and my room had a relaxing bath. During my stay there, it was a bit cold and no one would use the swimming pool, even so, everyday there was someone taking very good care of it. The whole place in Brackenhill Lodge is beautiful: the well maintained garden, the common areas are very clean and organized, the main house has a beautiful and cozy living room and the dining room is such an intimate place, which makes us feel like home. The food and desserts everyday were amazing. The breakfast had some home-made things (like jam and yogurt) and it makes it very unique. The lady asks how you like your eggs and , she does lots of effort to make you have a pleasant meal. Inside the property, there are some hikes to be done and the landscapes are stunning. If you are lucky, the friendly dog of Brackenhil will make you company during your walks. Out of Brackenhill, there is a lot to see in eSwatini and Mbabane is a very good location to visit the surroundings . The reception can give you all the information about where to go, when and how. As it is a bit out of town, the whole place is in a complete silence; so if you are looking for a place to have some peaceful days, or a place to relax after doing the eSwatini’s attractions, Brackenhill is definitely a place to be.

Breakfast is served at the main house on the covered patio. We are a fully certified B&B, and have been operational for 15 years.

The venue was beautiful the service, the sleeping. We had a lovely time we are still talking about that weekend. I would recommend that place to my friends and other. Thank you
