We had some trouble finding decent food in Esteli but Burrito Express was delicious. Definitely not the healthiest option but everything was fresh and cooked to order. The burger was large and delicious- fries were thick cut. We agreed the burrito was the highlight of the meal. Friendly guys and the owner spoke great English.

We went with friends for lunch. The manager Maria Jose (Mary Jo) was very friendly and welcoming. The food is buffet style Nicaragüense fare. Very tasty food with a decent selection for many tastes. The restaurant is very clean and new looking. The prices are based on what you select from the buffet. We (2) ate lunch with drinks for C$200 (US$7.25) our friends paid C$300. A great place to try for variety. They also have a breakfast but we have not yet tried that.
