Reviewed By R142OWjackgGreat place to stay where you can meet people and chill out. The hostel was pretty cool and cheap as well for a private or dorm. Mo mo who runs the hostel is a great dude and so was all the staff. We hanged out on the roof played cards, chatted, and they played footy in the morning if that’s your thing. I will defo be back at the Atlantic hostel next time I’m here! Great fun!

"A little gem in Essaouira, Morocco"
Reviewed By chrisDoncaster13Perfect choice for a visit to Essaouira. Ideal location in centre and easily found using Google Maps and only 10 minutes walk from the Supratours bus terminal which is 3 hours comfortable ride from their terminal adjacent to Marrakech Railway Station. Located in an extremely quiet area but within "5 minutes walk from everywhere"!!. The hosts at Riad AYLAL are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and comfortable with hot showers and breakfast was certainly adequate for a day's wandering around Essaouira! The views from the ramparts (5 minutes walk from the riad) are certainly spectacular as is the fishing port area just another 5 minutes away! Essaouira is the sort of place where you can get out of your comfort zone and try the "local delicacies" - especially the seafood snacks at some unbelievably low prices. A definite recommend is Stall 5 in the central area overlooking the sea front where you choose your own freshly caught fish that morning, to be cooked "on the spot". Even though I had 6 Moroccan friends to help in the "negotiations", it certainly was a great experience and great value for money that all visitors to Essaouira should experience! Get away from Agadir & Casablanca! Experience the "real Moroccans style of living" at Riad AYLAL, the central pedestrian area with all its surprises and finish off your day at the "Beach & Friends" and experience the beach sunset with a "cool cocktail" as you think of your friends and family back in Europe enduring their "freezing February temperatures" without a glimmer of "Moroccan winter sunshine"!!!

Reviewed By Paolo PThe place is very pretty, in the middle of the medina. Hamid at the reception was really friendly and nice with us. The parking is near and cheap, you may have some problem to find the place but we had the same problem everywhere, it’s not their fault. Recommended to everyone!

Staff will feel like brothers and sisters in no time . , . very lively, and kind and attentive to all your needs while leaving you all the space you need . . Spontaneous Tagine invitations almost every night, . Feel like learning how,? . "Said" will take you to buy the best at the best spots and show you exactly what to do . Delicious ! Apart from that , the place is super clean, . thanks to an angel called Cabira, The beds very, very comfortable, . the roof top full of warm almost magical atmosphere , with sound of the waves and sea gulls to top up the dreamy moods . . All this at most reasonable rate ! Need I say more . ? Miss you guys !

Reviewed By zoeyz708It was an awesome stay in Moga, everything was totally out the blue, this hostel is with kitchen and rooftop where located inside the Medina where less than 5 mins walk to the beach and the coast. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and the roof top has a breathtaking view for the sunset and sunrise. Stuff there are very nice and helpful , no matter how many days you stay there, your bed always will be cleaned by a lovely girl named Assmaa , Shalala and Abdulla not only just good with their job, also are amazing personalities to chilling with, I had some personal trouble during my stay, they tried their best to help me solve the problem, strong recommend this hostel for every travelers, you won’t regret your stay!!

Reviewed By Jonny DPrivate double room was clean and really nice, facilitates were good and the bed was comfortable. Magic was a very kind and helpful host. There was a safe place downstairs to keep our bicycles and a nice terrace too. Wifi was pretty bad, and a few details like light bulbs not working in the shared areas keeps it from being 5*
