Located in the very Northwest corner of Pennsylvania, Erie is the State's only Great Lakes port city. The Lake is the main attraction in Erie, with the sparkling water giving Erie its nickname, "Gem City." The nearby peninsula of Presque Isle State Park provides residents and visitors ample opportunities for outdoor activities such as sailing, swimming, hiking, and biking. The city is also part of the Snowbelt, famous for the winter wonderland created by the lake effect.

GREAT Food, Great Prices, Friendly Staff, Clean Interior. Nostalgic 1948 Silk City diner (on the National Historic Registry) located in East Erie, Lawrence Park Township. Serving Breakfast from open till 11 am and Lunch 11 am to close. HOURS: Tuesday-Saturday 7 am to 3 pm. Sunday 8 am to 2 pm (serving from our Breakfast menu only on Sunday) Closed on Mondays.
We walked in and were greeted by very friendly service. The server even made me sweet tea (they don’t usually have that up north). The gyro and rodeo burger were excellent, as well as the homemade peanut butter pie. Cute little rail car converted to a diner. Would definitely go back.

Welcome to Pineapple Eddie Southern Bistro, Erie, Pennsylvania's newest dining experience. This family owned restaurant with its fusion of Southern regional and Caribbean cuisine is quickly becoming one of the hottest dining spots in the city. The harmonious mix of flavor, atmosphere and impeccable service makes this establishment one of Erie's culinary gems. If you're looking for a new restaurant that offers uniquely delicious food and a wonderful environment your friends and family will love, Pineapple Eddie is the place to be. Based in Erie, Pennsylvania, our family restaurant brings the flavor and hospitality of the south to the north.
From appetizer to dessert, cocktails and service, Pineapple Eddie’s exceeds expectations! Like a Tardis, it’s bigger on the inside, with two large rooms full of seating. We had the fried green tomatoes with Corn Salsa, and Crab Hushpuppies to start. They were both delectable. My husband called the hushpuppies “dangerous”, because he could eat them all day. For entree I had the crab cakes with Chefs Rice and Beans and Plantains - all were perfectly cooked and delectable. My daughter had the Griyo with Grits and Plantains. She reported that it was delicious. My husband had a special - scallops and mussels over linguini in a really lovely sauce. We loved the Pineapple Eddie Martini, and our daughter really enjoyed the Island Girl cocktail. Desserts were all divine. We had the lime cake, the salted caramel cake, and the sweet potato pie. Cost for three people including appetizers, cocktails, entrees and desserts (and tax) was $116. Service was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

At Lucky Louie's Beer & Wieners we have 32 different weenies and nearly 300 different bottled beers. We operate in a tiny space across from Presque Isle Downs and Casino, so hopefully you aren't claustrophobic! For those freaked out by lack of space, we have an outdoor patio, unfortunately we are unable to predict/control Dreary Erie's weather! Children are welcome! We even make a kids hotdog that is cut into the shape of an octopus and sits on a bed of potato chips with whatever toppings the little buggers want! Parents note: kids are cool as long as they are looked after and gone by 9pm. Any unsupervised children will be given a Red Bull and a puppy. The beer isn't cheap, I hate to admit. We have a place called the Beverage Shop next door that sells all of the same beer we have, but in cases. It would be unethical to undercut our neighbors. We don't believe in the Walmart business model! If you are in the mood for for something off-the-wall, come see us. We will happily make your day just a little bit weirder!
Who would believe you can make a dining experience out of hot dogs. Had the dof called booty call which came with pulled pork, cole slaw, BBQ Sauce, Mayo and pickles. the other dog came with cheese, chili, and salt and vinegar chips crushed. Oodles...MoreThank you so much!

We had $100 gift certificate and forgot about it until it expired “Approximately two weeks after the expiration date”. My wife called the restaurant and talked to the owner who said he would not honor it. So I was wondering why a restaurant would put an expiration date on a gift certificate? “They already have your money, if costs go up you simply get less”. Otherwise the restaurant keeps the money and does not have to do anything for it, Sort of like stealing! They are supposed to turn all unclaimed monies over to the state, but we checked and this restaurant does not do that. He simply steals from his customers! My mother-in-law likes Mi Scuzi’s and was a regular customer and wanted to go, but I told her the story and now she never wants to go back! “WARNING”, Never buy a gift certificate from this place! I don’t even know why anyone would want to patronizes a place that treats its customers like this!

Bienvenidos! We'd like to invite you to come experience the culinary traditions of authentic Mexican food. Everything we cook is made following generations of family recipes and you won't be disappointed because, as we like to say, we are the "Real Enchilada."
I travel to Erie at least two weeks a month and make sure that Latino's is on my itinerary each time. The enchiladas are great!

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is located at the Millcreek Mall Complex. We offer authentic wood-fired steaks, seafood, specialty cocktails and select wines. Join us for Happy Hour Monday thru Friday from 4-6:30PM at the FIREBAR(R) or on the patio. We offer top-notch service and upscale dining at a modest price. Visit us online to learn more.
Although firebirds is usually quite busy, that indicates that the food and service are excellent. Reservations can be made in the dinning area, but not the bar. Their happy hour specials are very good and well attended. The food, although a little pricey, is always delicious and service exceptional.

Treat your family and friends to a night at Texas Roadhouse.
I called in order Scott said 15 minutes I got there on time. Scott said one order ready waiting on the other order. 25 minutes later I walk out with food. While waiting i'm just watching the one order that was done sitting there. Got home cold disgusting my order was -my wife was hot but they forgot the gravy.
Save yourself the trip and go to "Long Horn Steakhouse" and get a good meal!

We stayed at the Sheraton Erie hotel and picked this restaurant for dinner because it was within walking distance to the hotel and my husband really enjoys his beers. It was the perfect restaurant for us.
We went during happy hour (weekdays 5 pm - 7 pm) and I would suggest making reservations as the place was pretty busy. The host gave us a hour to eat dinner before they need the tables for a later reservation. Worked perfectly for us.
During happy hours the beers, pizzas and flatbread are 50% off. So we ordered 2 beers, a pizza and a flatbread. The only negative that we came up with was that the portions aren't huge. We weren't full by the end of the meal.
Our bill at the end of the night came to $16, we couldn't believe it! It was great food for an excellent price! We would highly recommend U Pick 6 Restaurant on State St.

This was our first time dining at this restaurant and my wife and I were extremely pleased. Erin, the hostess, was courteous and friendly. RJ, our server for the evening, was also very polite, knowledgeable and prompt. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. We will definitely return and hope to be fortunate enough to have RJ as our server and Erin hosting. The evening began with a tense few moments when my wife began choking on a piece of shrimp. It was bad enough that I had to perform the Heimlich maneuver on her. Thank God that all ended well. Erin, RJ and other staff members were very responsive and extremely concerned and helpful. We were so touched and grateful. Their response alone, was enough to merit repeat business. THANK YOU!
