Reviews on Pizza food in St Ives, England, United Kingdom. St. Ives boasts a quartet of golden-sand beaches. Sheltered coves draw swimmers and sun-worshippers, but water-sports aficionados visit St. Ives for great surfing, windsurfing and water-skiing conditions. And on your way there, keep your eyes peeled for a dude with seven wives. You never know when nursery rhymes might come true.

Weâd read reviews of the Gannet Inn and were looking to book there but the type of room we wanted was here in their sister hotel, two doors along. The room was wonderful, right at the top of the house, with views, admittedly from the side windows but perfect when lying in bed, of the bay. The stairs might be an issue for some but gave us some much needed exercise after the lovely food in the restaurant at The Gannet. And the lovely guy on reception helped us with our luggage! The room, or suite, was very spacious, with a separate entrance area with wardrobes and side table. Huge bathroom with big bath and shower and plentiful hot water and a good pressure too.Two easy chairs for relaxing in and a smart tv which solved an almost crisis weâd had in hotel a couple of days earlier - first world problems!!The bed was huge and very comfortable and everything was kept spotless. Our minor quibble, which we raised with reception, was lack of drawer space for clothes - plenty of hangers but not everything hangs up!Location was great - bus stop almost outside the door for easy access to St Ives and lots of other places in the other direction. The station is not far away - and you can use your rail pass if you have one. Cost us less than £1 each to get into St Ives! And the walk isnât far either, I believe, though we didnât trust the weather enough to try it!Parking was plentiful and immediately across the road and although the hotel is above their so-called Sports Bar, it never caused us any issues at all.All in all, a great stay.Thank-you for taking the time to write such an informative review of your stay at the Atlantic. We're so pleased that you enjoyed your large room, comfy bed and good pressure shower! We'll look into the drawer space issue, thanks for flagging this.We hope to see you again!

Down on the sand at Carbis Bay Beach you will find our laid-back Beach Club Restaurant focusing on sun-soaked Mediterranean-style delights such as hand-picked Cornish crab, fresh fish caught locally from St Ives day boats, steaks and homemade wood-fired p
We had previously called here on a sunny day and enjoyed drinks sat outside overlooking the beach. On this visit heavy showers were forecast so we sought shelter inside and enjoyed the view, watching the rain and hail outside. The tea was good and my partner really enjoyed the shortbread biscuits.

We were visiting St Ives during the very busy August Bank Holiday week and rather optimistically tried to find somewhere for a group of 11 to eat. We passed Pizza Express and saw a large table unoccupied so enquired if it was available. It turned out that a big group had failed to turn up for a booking and we were told if they did not arrive within 30 mins we could have the table. Our luck was in and we got the table. We had a fantastic evening. The food was delicious and our waitress (Lynne) was outstanding giving us great service and friendly chat. Although we usually try to visit locally owned restaurants when visiting St Ives we were not disappointed with Pizza Express and even got a healthy discount with a voucher. Thank you!

St Ives Pizza Company opened in May 2013 to deliver delicious artisan pizzas to the doors of the people of, and visiting, St Ives, Carbis Bay and Halsetown.
We were staying in st ives for a week and chose to order a delivery from this company. They do a great meal deal with 2 x 14 inch pizzas, one 12 inch garlic bread, 4 side dishes for about £35 which is a great deal.Amazing variety of pizzas. Recommend the meat feast (they call it something else which I canât remember and canât find on the website as itâs closed as I write this review) and the one with olives and feta. Delivery was relatively quick given how busy this town is in June (about 45 mins at 7pm)Would definitely use again

Never really had a bad meal here. If I did I would tell them and I'm sure they would rectify it. They are always busy so best to book. The turnover is fairly quick but you don't feel rushed. Very pleasant bar and waiting staff. Good value for money.

Letâs start with the many positives- good efficient staff, prompt service, interesting menu and reasonable prices. Itâs a busy establishment with a delightful outlook over the harbour. All this leads me to say it is a good choice for a pleasant dinner. However, while my partners seafood pasta bake with side salad met her hopes, my crab linguini with fresh chilli was disappointing. The flavour I anticipated was not delivered as the chilli was totally lacking in capsaicin, the active ingredient that makes chilli chilli. The red vegetable in my rather watery pasta was no more than capsicum. With the very good garlic bread and my wifeâs pasta bake scoring well, mine was a substantial let down.I hope the management improve this dish as the establishment deserves it.

St. Ives seafront sit in and take away cafe. Small licensed cafe specialising in home cooked food. Gluten free range of food. Well behaved dogs allowed.Minimum spend required over lunch time.
I cannot rate Pels highly enough. My daughter has Coeliac disease and holidaying can be hard on her. St Ives is a beautiful place but watching everyone eating fish and chips on the sea front is tough when not one of the many food outlets could cater for her (this shocked me). Pels saved the day. The staff were highly knowledgeable about cross contamination and offered more than one choice. We went for take away pizza which my daughter said was the best gluten free pizza she has ever had! So much so that we went back twice more on our week in St Ives. Although some people may not understand how profound a pizza can be it made my daughter feel normal and for me to watch her being able to to eat her dinner on the beach is something I will never forget. Thank you so much to the lovely, friendly young ladies that served us. Please keep offering gluten free.Thank youMrs EWe have worked hard over the last four years since we took over Pels to ensure our Gluten Free menu is to the same high standard as all our other produce and I am glad we have hit the mark for you guys We know how important it is, particularly for Celiacs, and to read your Review and see what it meant to you and your daughter is so rewarding Please do come and see us again and thank you for taking the time to write your lovely Review
