I visited this establishment on Wednesday and on entering found my way to the bar. It was moderately busy but I got served relatively fast which is where I encountered my issue, which in my opinion has completely tarnished my view of this place. I was greeted by a woman who at first glance I assumed to be a customer, albeit on the wrong side of the bar as her clothing was dissimilar to the rest of the staff as well as what I can assume to be management as what she was wearing was unprofessional and unbefitting in regards to the place of work, also as I would soon find out her attitude was too. With a huff and a roll of her eyes she asked me what I wanted all the while managing to call me "babe" 5 times in two sentences. I ordered a simple pint and a refillable beverage for my friend and yet by her reaction I was led to believe that I had somehow asked this woman to launch a solo expedition to go and climb Mt.Everest. After some time, the drinks were served to me and at that point my friend said he'd like some ice in his refillable drink, to which we were met with more sighing and what could have been perceived as her becoming incredibly more irritated with a customer's simple request. When one visits a service based customer facing establishment, one does not expect to feel like they are left wanting for common basic manners nor common human decency. It is due to this one person who if I may say I have had the misfortune of dealing with on that day that I will sadly not be returning to what could potentially be a fine establishment which was let down horribly by a serving member of staff which if the receipt displayed correctly I believe to be an "Alana". It is sometimes hard to judge our approach to customers and can only assume that she misjudged the situation. As i say, we are currently having a revamp of our customer service and the lady in question has been approached in regard to your complaint.We do hope that you would come back and give us another chance as we do endeavour to provide the best possible service for our customers and we aim to improve all the time. Parking huge free area in front of restaurant and on a Sunday evening empty as shops are shut.Lack of staff and management control to ensure good service. Waited over 30 mins before we asked to order dessert. Tables left messy and customers helping themselves to tables and had to ask for cutlery. Very disappointing.Food arrived quickly once ordered and tastied great.

Hands down THE best Italian pizza Iâve ever tried...I came here a year ago and thought Iâd give it another go,and Iâm so happy I did...The pizza was delicious,once ordered it was presented not more than 5 minutes later...Right next to me the pizza was being made..Canât recommend it enough...The pizza alone is worth visiting...If I could give it 1000 stars I would !!!

We dropped into our local bella today to celebrate my birthday. What a beautiful meal we had too. From the moment we were greeted at the door by the ever so helpful and friendly Paula,our experience here was perfect.nothing was too much trouble for Paula and the speed/service provided was 1st class. Cant wait to return and hopefully be served by Paula again.

After the waiter leant over our heads To pass our food to the other side of the table, at the end of the meal he then took our payment (in cash) and ASKES TWICE ?! if we WANTED our change back ?? Now thatâs just RUDE . We would of normally after receiving our change back left a tip but on this occasion we decided he was far too rude to be given one.

Was there this evening and it was very busy. Managed to reserve the last table for the evening!This is the best Italian restaurant around. All the personnel & Manager are lovely, polite & helpful. The food is amazing every time I go there. Would definately recommend!Dearest dianneAnd we love that you just LOVE our simple trattoria where simple food is served with a smile! The best Italian restaurant in Rochester.We would both recommend any fish specials they have all been fantastic,always friendly and welcoming staff.Can not wait to go back again as this is our favourite restaurant as you never free rushed and can not praise the food enough.Thank you so much!!!!

We regularly visit this restaurant. However just when we thought things couldnât get better they have. The food is amazing. The staff are more than helpful. We always leave here happy. Would certainly recommend. New added feature they now have a singing chef and he is amazing. Well done Il Padrino. We will be back.
