1st time to Aladdin's after positive comments from friends who had eat there. A small intimate restaurant which was also busy with takeaways. The authenticity of flavours and individuality of each dish was excellent. Just like home cooking. Service was prompt and courteous. Very good value.

This is as good an Indian Restaurant as would find in Northampton. Food excellent service friendly and efficient. This would have got 5 stars if the furniture was looked at. Chairs seemed to be a bit low (or the tables were a bit high). The one thing Which would have improved things would be table cloths rather than plain wooden tables.

Spice of Bruerne, Stoke Bruerne's premier Indian Restaurant, brings you an authentic taste of The East in a relaxed, contemporary environment on the canalside.
It really is about time they did something to stop their staff cloning cards. 7 reviews in Trip Advisor saying the same thing and all the management do is deny it. I visited in May with a group of ten friends and two of us had our cards used fraudulently within days. Coincidence? I think not!Glad the last reviewer has contacted the police. Maybe now they will be forced to do something about it. FWIW I will also be contacting the police if itâs not too late to report it.Hello,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your experience. I would like to first say that I am sorry to hear that you have been the victim of fraudulent activity. However, if this happened in May why did you not contact management within the establishment upon realising this? We would have been more than happy to investigate the matter and reconcile the issue if it had come from our business.I would like to take a moment to advise you that claims like this are denied as customers who leave these reviews fail to contact our establishment to query the matter. You are more than welcome to contact local authority so that you may put your mind at ease and we would be more than happy to work alongside them. You may also call your bank as they are able to see the location where transactions are made from and also the device, this will help you in resolving your matter and to see if it is consistent with our business and any employees. Thank you.

Went here with a group of friends on a busy Saturday night and all of us enjoyed ourselves, and loved the food. Service is friendly, prompt and attentive, there is a varied selection of Indian and Bangladeshi inspired dishes on offer and plenty of drink options. Ideal for a meal with friends or as a couple.

We arrived late one Friday night, the restaurant was busy so I was fearing a slow service. But our waiter, Hav the founders grandson, was very attentive. The popadoms and spice dishes were fresh and tasty. Hav recommended an Indian wine, which was surprisingly good (my first one and a welcome addition to a wine list). The mains were really good- we ordered a chicken and lamb dish from the specials with sides. Really tasty, great portion sizes and excellent meat quality & tender. Thanks New Bekash, keep up the good work!

Friendly staff, great service - but that's about it. The food was o.k. - nothing specific to complain about but it was all distinctly average. We were disappointed that the food didn't meet up with expectations - the menu sounded very interesting but when the food arrived it was missing the 'Wow' factor.

We visited Ganges on a Friday evening, we arrived at around 6.45 and the restaurant was already fairly busy with both customers dining in and others waiting for takeaway orders. The Ganges is our go to place for a curry in towcester, far better than the other two establishments (in our opinion). The chilli chicken was very good, made with fresh chillies and herbs rather than the ubiquitous powders you often get in traditional British curry houses. Definitely worth a try (medium/hot).Out dietary requirements were also well catered for.
