I come here quite a lot with my family for lunch or dinner. It's a lovely family run resturant with very friendly staff. The food is all homemade and good value especially for the portion sizes you get.All the food is available to takeaway (even the Sunday roasts, which are very nice) and is really handy when you can't be bothered to cook.It's nice to go to a resturant where family's are welcome and ofer a healthy alternative for children not just chips!I would defiantly recommend going here and you don't have to be a member to eat here. There's also free parking in a big car park which is always a bonus! We love it here and I'm sure you will too!

As a long time resident of Brentwood Iâd been meaning to visit the Health Garden for a while which seemed a long awaited arrival for Brentwood as an independent and healthy option in the midst of the chain, unhealthy options that crowd the high st. The decor is quirky and despite a bit of bling and velvet wing chairs (a nod I suppose to the potential TOWIE tourists) it still retains a fresh clean and great individual touches referencing nature in a surreal way (water fountain in the centre and fake vines lining the windows and ceiling). The menu looked really exciting and had a wide variety of healthy food from breakfasts, wraps, salads, filled sweet potatoes and winter warmers (like sweet potato cottage pie etc..). Everything is cooked on order and all the ingredients are certainly those that would leap out from a âclean eatingâ cookbook but not boring!! I ordered the tahini chicken and halloumi sweet potato wrap which said it came with cashew sour cream, dehydrated tomatoes, peppers and side salad. Sounded very flavoursome but got to confess it tasted just like a soy chicken and veg wrap and my bug bear about wraps is when they donât equally distribute the ingredients. The halloumi was in one chunk in each half. I really couldnât taste at all any cashew sour cream. It was still tasty and nice environment, I guess just after the elaborate descriptor of the wrap on the menu Iâd expected something a bit more âspecialâ. I spotted someone eating one of the filled sweet potatoes and they looked great and will be back to give them another go plus the prices are really reasonable (same for eat in as takeaway) and would like to try one of their winter warmers, plus as I said healthy food in Brentwood is few and far between!

Very rarely do I visit Brentwood high street on a Saturday without calling in here for a sandwich and a few coffees for breakfast.The place was redecorated earlier in the year and anyone whoâs not been here for a while will surely notice it. The unpainted plaster walls and a light coffee colour wood panelling makes it really look nice. Even though the high street has seen a few competitors open doors during the past year or so, this place is still very popular and is usually full by eleven, whereas the other cafés donât ever appear to be the same. There is no doubt this place has a lot of regular customers as we often see the same people during our visits. This kind of loyalty is undoubtedly down to the friendly and efficient service you get here. Food is always well cooked and great value for money.

We took our class of special needs children to the cafe as part of a lesson looking at money and change . The staff were so helpful and let each child pay individually, giving them a receipt with their change .Nothing was too much trouble. Every child ordered and somehow the staff managed to serve everyone together, 12 children ! They all enjoyed their breakfast and not a scrap was left on the plate !! Thank you so much, we will be back soon As one of the children saidâ give them a 5 star rating on trip advisorâWe can not thank you enough for such a lovely review, we are very pleased you all had a nice time , we look forward to seeing you all soon , extremely well behaved children

Well worth a visit, Home cooked Breakfast at reasonable prices, The food is of excellent quality and has a welcoming friendly atmosphere. This will definitely be our stop off for Brunch/Breakfast in future as would not go anywhere else now. Highly recommend this Cafe 5 stars. Thank you for a lovely breakfast

I come here all the time and have never had a bad meal. Staff are friendly, the food is always made from fresh ingredients and the cafe always has a great buzz to it. Love having this place on the high street!

We have been using Café a'Moore for over two years now to host seasonal seven-week courses for our church.Michelle, the owner, is professional but also approachable and flexible, often accommodating special dietary requests and last-minute changes with a courteous manner. The rest of the staff are just as friendly.The attendees of our various courses have all complimented the food and atmosphere, which goes a long way to making every course we run a success.

Cannot recommend this restaurant enough, after my first time here with friends I will defo be returning. All day brunch with a great choice of different dishes, they also cater for picky customers we all swapped different parts of the dishes around to suit our tastes! Very helpful staff and good turn around considering it was busy! Could do with a larger premises but overall great experience
