Just had takeaway after a while, very dissappointed. Phoned and complained as thought chef had changed, which was told wasnât the case. Was told food would be ready after 45 minutes, had another 15 minutes wait. All was very bland,dried tikka tasted rubbery. Lemon rice over powering, tasted like reheated and very cold. All ended up in good bucket, phoned and complained said bring back for new meals or refund, but with a hungry 9 year old,didnât fancy waiting another hour as nearly 9pm, and not wanting to empty a food bucket. So frozen nuggets it was for a hungry child, and a very disappointed mum and dad, sorry but after many visits will not be returning

Indian Home Dining Specialist Mouthwatering Indian and Bengali food cooked fresh and delivered straight to your door! Please use our website or call us today, you won't be disappointed.
Had a takeaway last night which arrived spot on time. Food was great as usual, a variety of dishes with first timers eating who were also very impressed with the quality.Just one suggestion, please throw in free popadoms. This is the only Indian I have ever come across that doesnât do this which is a tad disappointing. However not enough to knock the rating down as we do love having this on our doorstep.

Over the years we have had some wonderful food from here {this all depends on the chef}. It has been getting worse on the last few visits BUT Friday 20th July was delivered, was almost cold and was the worst CHICKEN MADRAS we have had in over FIFTY years. It was tasteless, barely any spices and was made for someone who can not stand hot food. Maybe they have different chefs !!!!!!!! at different times but Friday & Saturday should be the best. { perhaps he was off sick }

Bengal Blue has closed and the Turk Grill House restaurant opened here in January 2018.The Turkish menu could be clearer and is a bit confusing.We made the mistake of ordering a Hummous and Bread starter because we also got a Hummous and Yoghurt Dip complimentary dish with lots of bread unexpectedly served to us which we assumed was the starter that we had ordered!Some time later our large plate of Hummous starter was delivered to our table with lots more bread! We assumed there had been a mistake!We ordered Chicken Shish with Rice as a main course and also ordered a side Green Salad, but we were also served with a large Greek Salad which we were then told comes as part of the main course (not noted on the menu).The food was all freshly cooked (restaurant has an open kitchen so you can see the Chef's working) nicely presented and was delicious but the Chicken in the Shish dish was cut up into quiet small pieces and we prefer larger chicken pieces.Basically we had far too much food and we just coudn't eat it all!Service was quiet slow despite this being a small restaurant - at least 5 people serving but counted only 3 Chef's wnich might account for the slow service. Staff were all friendly and helpful though.The restaurant was very noisy, poor accustics not helped by a large party taking up about a quarter of the restaurant who were quiet rowdy, shouting at each other. All the others diners were then having to raise their voices to conduct a normal conversation.When the large party left the noise levels improved but then Turkish music was played in the restaurant which was also a tad too loud.We will probably revisit when the restaurant is a bit more established and teething problems have hopefully been ironed out.Restaurant also offers a take away service (same menu) but to be honest not sure how this will work when service is so slow!

Have been here on three occasions now, and each time the food has been fantastic.Staff are friendly, and very knowledgeable and accommodating with the menu.Food has always arrived within a reasonable time, portion sizes are good, and most importantly, on each occasion the food has been delicious.Cost is fair, and bringing your own alcohol makes it an inexpensive experience.Will be going back, and would recommend.

Mango Lounge is a new and exciting Indian Restaurant. Come and visit the best Indian dining experience in Rayleigh.
Six of us went for an early evening meal. Seated immediately, the service was superb throughout, the drinks and food were served quickly. The menu is extensive and contains many favourites. The food arrived fast and was very tasty. All in all a great experience. The tables at the back of the restaurant are are a tad close together and it can get a bit noisy.
