Reviews on Pizza food in Chester, England, United Kingdom. A gem of a city easily reached by rail from Liverpool. Small yet packed to the rafters with history, culture and stylish cafe/bar culture. At its heart, the historic black-and-white timbered "rows" provide a shopping experience like no other place on the planet.

Dough Dough offers a unique take on neapolitan pizza. Offering traditional pizza and craft beers in a unique setting. We make the pizza, you make the memories.
They make a good pizza with quality products, which is then cooked with a wooden fire. The service is quick and efficient. The taste is great like the original Italian recipe. They also have a selection of Italian beers and desserts.

It is a Neapolitan Style pizzeria , with the best quality Italian ingridients, long fermentation dough for a very light and digestible pizza.
Fantastic pizza. Very good base, light and airy, delicious stone baked flavour. I had tomato, garlic and basil. Such fresh flavours, simple and delicious. My partner had a spicy sausage with wild broccoli. The broccoli was creamy and perfect with the pizza, I would never have thought it. There was plenty of creamy mozzarella. We were both very impressed.

Urbano32 is a pizza restaurant, bar & social meeting place. The focal point of the restaurant alongside its amazing rustic, industrial interior, a handmade clay pizza oven and it's great city centre location bang in the middle of Bridge Street. Urbano32 s
Went for lunch with my partner on Friday afternoon. As soon as we walked in we were met with a friendly hello and were seated immediately. Felt as though the menu lacked decent veggie options as they all seemed a bit samey, however we had the mushroom white pizza with garlic and subbed the goats cheese for mozzarella. It was really nice, quite a large portion so I'm glad we shared. We also had the rocket salad and polenta fries. Wasn't a big fan of the polenta fries as they had a strange texture but overall, it was a nice lunch in a lovely setting.

Without doubt the most consistent of Restaurants in Chester. We regularly dine here and superlatives fail me. Itâs outstanding in all areas. 25% off during the day is a great incentive to indulge and immerse yourself in real Italian culture. Evenings are packed with a great buzzing atmosphere complimented by great food, service and price point. Book early but please leave a space for us.They are totally empathetic to families, especially those with young children. Guessing itâs a cultural thing.

Walking from our campsite into Chester and found this gem! Called in to slake our thirst before we turned back and ended up staying for something to eat! âSmall dishes inspired by tapas and messeâ being a vegetarian I was well satisfied and he enjoyed his pork tenderloin. We are only in Chester for four days but will call here again! In the meantime itâs dark and we have to retrace our steps - hope the real ale wasnât too strong!

This traditional Italian restaurant is well worth a visit but you will definitely need to book. We went for dinner on a Monday night in October and the place was packed with a queue of customers waiting to be seated. The atmosphere was lively and service was excellent, we were made to feel very welcome. Lots of choice on the menu and particularly delicious desserts.

Coming to Chester for a weekend away we were very excited to eat at what looked like a rustic sought after Italian restaurant. We phoned during the week to book the Saturday- fully booked so we booked the Sunday instead at 8:30, we thought it was very late but it must be worth it! We were lucky to get parked on the road outside (no car park) and walked into a huge queue. A member of staff said our wait would be 2 minutes. There was no waiting area so we were stood with about 8 people in front of us, and 6 people behind us in the middle of the restaurant (very much in the way). 20 minutes past our booking time we were told it would be 5 minutes ish and offered a free drink- nice of them but our patience was running thin by this point. 10 more minutes passed and we decided enough was enough, there was no sign of anyone finishing their meals anytime soon, plus there was a table of 4 in front of us who hadnât booked and another 4 behind us who had also booked for 8:30. The staff didnât make you feel welcomed instead practically ignored us the whole 30 minutes we were stood there. The noise they make for a birthday is also ridiculous, excruciatingly loud- this happened twice just while we were stood there! It doesnât make for the best atmosphere to dine in. So at 9pm we decided to walk away- very disappointing as we had pre booked and you do not expect to be treated that way when you have booked a table! The food did look lovely but the wait and the way we were treated unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth, I wouldnât wish to return.

Welcome to the totally refurbished Bollicini, Chesterâs finest Italian Restaurant. Alongside our modern new look, weâve been working in close collaboration with Executive Chef Francesco Gotti, who represents Italy as part of their four-man National Cooker
Myself and my family visited Bollicini during a weekend away in Chester and were immediately greeted by our waiter, Giovanni, who was brilliant with our Son and very attentive with the food. The cannelloni, fussili, lasagne and seafood risotto dishes were fantastic and we will most definitely return here for a meal due to the great atmosphere and friendly staff. If youâre in Chester and fancy a nice Italian, Bollicini is the place to go.
