We ended up going here as it was close to our hotel and we were very impressed: excellent food, good service, great prices, lovely atmosphere. We had some hot and cold mezes as well as a kebab. Big portions and great cocktails. Would recommend and I am looking forward to going back to Liverpool just for this!

I went for the large breakfast this morning. It was excellent. Quick and attentive service, food brought out quickly. The food was excellent, particularly the sausages. The only fail was on my part as I was such a quilt I couldn't finish my second egg. Get involved, you will not be disappointed.

Fattoush is a mediterranean lebanese restaurant, located in the heart of Liverpool city centre . Fattoush is suitable for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free options .
We stopped over for lunch while visiting Liverpool. Food was good and staff friendly. Arabic origin cooks which means it wilk be as authentic as possible. But honestly was a bit disappointed in the fattouch itself as it wasn't as it should have been traditionally made. It should include "baqleh" or water cress and fresh mint leaves and romane lettuce with copious amounts of sumac as dressing. Unfortunately it wasn't the case.Would recommend it though Hi Fatema , Thank you a lot for your feedback Glad you enjoyed your time at Fattoush Regarding the Fattoush salad some items like paqla can not be found in the uk this is depend on the weather also roman we always add pomegranate and pomegranate sauce on Fattoush salad plus good amount of sumak. Please feel free to ask a member of staff to add any extra on your dish in your next visit REGARDS Fattoush team

First visit to Amara. Staff attentive and friendly. No fault there. However restaurant very cold so uncomfortable. Starters tasty but mains were just warm and my lamb dish was poor quality, very fatty and tough. Would not visit again. But please note this was not due to staff who were splendid, just down to food quality and surroundings.

My girlfriend and I visited Elachi based purely on trip advisor ratings and the feedback given on the reviews. Unfortunately our experience didnât quite meet those who gave glowing recommendations. Overall, Elachi delivered a distinctly average experience in all parts from service to food quality and it wonât live long in our memory. During our visit we ate poppadoms with a chutney tray which I must say were good; we really enjoyed the tamarind dip. Regrettably the chicken chaat didnât really tick any boxes. The pancake was thick and claggy, with the sauce lacking any flavour or spice. The lamb tikka masala was served in a sauce so overly sweet, it seemed like weâd finished off our evening with a dessert. The lamb was actually cooked to an okay standard, but unfortunately the sauce it was served with just wasnât good enough. Lastly the service. Although, it wasnât a service of negative quality, like the meal it was extremely hit and miss. The lady who served us was nice and tried to do all she could for us, but unfortunately the naan bread failed to reach the table and had to be taken off our bill because we had already finished eating before anyone remembered to bring it.I canât put my stamp of approval on this restaurant but the other 80+ 5* reviews canât all be wrong, so maybe our sub-par experience was a one-off.
