At Pizza Hut Restaurants, freedom is our attitude. Our state of mind. It's being able to do your thing. It's about our famous Lunchtime Buffet, Ice Cream Factory and free Salad Bar. Days out with the kids and nights in on the sofa (we offer collection at
I'm very picky so I always have a plain margarita whilst my partner has a variety of them. We came here for our first date over a year ago and come back every once in a while.I find the toilets quite a tight fit in the female cubicles but that maybe because I'm 5 ft 10. Aside from that it would be a 5 star review. It's a nice atmosphere whenever it isn't on a peak time but it's definitely friendly for families or friends alike. The cookie ice cream is so yummy but be careful as it is hot.We use the meerkats meals as it can be quite expensive and with my boyfriend having the insurance it comes in handy for a free 2nd person meal & pudding.

Been here a few times since it reopened and Iâm amazed at how nice it is for the price you pay. Visited again this week and couldnât fault a thing. You get three courses and a drink all for £11.95 and there is so much choice and everything is gorgeous. They make different cheesecakes every day which are £1 extra on the offer but well worth it, not that Iâve been able to finish one yet! Keileigh was fantastic, couldnât do enough for us and she had a huge smile on her face the whole time - brilliant service. Only issue really is the parking! I think weâd come a lot more if it wasnât for that. Hi LauraIâm glad you enjoyed your visit again with us !Itâs good that one of our staff stood out to you and she will receive special recognition for this review !At the side of the restaurant is our private parking which holds up to around 10 cars, there is signs up stating that itâs ârestaurant onlyâ parking, if thereâs ever an issue of where to park just let us know and one of the staff will be happy to help !We hope to see you again soon!

Serving Authentic Neapolitan Wood Fired Pizza form our pitch in Seaton Carew, Hartlepool- Vegetation and Vegan topping available. Hire Us for Pizza Party Catering, Weddings Pizza Catering , Corporate Event Catering.
My Girlfriend and I decided to eventually try Napoli Wood-Fired Pizza and we was not disappointed. I was tempted for the spice, but we went for the Meat feast. £9.50 for a pizza of this style is fantastic. The pizza is fresh, using the finest ingredients and the customer service is second to none. The only downfall about it is the fact that they don't serve a nice cold beer to compliment it, but I can suggest a nice crisp peroni or an Innis and Gunn to go with it, just take your own I suppose, but that is the only downfall if I had to come up with one. We will be returning again and again. Thanks Very muchest Andy, Thx for trying our pizzas , chuffed you enjoyed. Look forward to cooking you your next pizza! :)

We recently visited this lovely restaurant. The staff were very attentive, greeted us straight away and showed us to our table. The restaurant has a holiday feel to it which I loved and the food was delicious. We went after 6pm so cost us about £55 however if you go earlier there are deals on and during the week I seen a 3 course steak deal which Iâm keen to try. I recommended to a friend who said they enjoyed the food as well. Toilets were clean and had a nice outdoor area at the back. Free parking too. Would definitely go back 5 stars

Again, a surprise lunchtime visit with friends. Absolutely remarkable prices including lunchtime specials which explains the significant number of people dropping in. I had mussels( £7) to start with ( extremely good and plump) followed by Lamb chops - four decent sized ones with mash and a sprig of rosemary (£11.95).Very very friendly staff and, I must say, a great place to get relaible food

Little gem hidden in the heart of Seaton Carew if your looking for good value and Authentic Italian meals look no further our staff are always happy to help
I first walked in here with my wife I thought it might be a quaint family run Italian, my god we were super wrong. The starters took 45 minutes to come then the main no took another 40 minutes. My wifeâs mushroom dog she was Ragu sauce and mushrooms. My daughter she was supposed to be chicken in a brandy mustard sauce, instead I got dry chicken and a sachet peppercorn sauce. Crap food, crap service. Nice location it might be ok food r pizza and parmo. We apologise that there was a delay in your food the two dishes you ordered are two of our best sellers. All of our food is freshly prepared we use no sachets or packets we apologise that you had a bad dining experience with us we are a family run business and pride ourselves in our service and our food

Portofino is a bistro-pizzeria on the Historic Quay. It overlooks Hartlepool's most famous attraction, HMS Trincomalee. Surrounded by free car parks, it is the ideal venue for lazy lunchtimes, fast teatime treats and party nights.
Stopped off at Hartlepool to use as base for trip on to Newcastle, needed somewhere to eat. Good old trip adviser came up trumps. This is not a top class Italian restaurant and that is reflected in the cost of the dishes. This must be the worst entrance to a restaurant, up the back escape stairs. I trusted trip advisor and kept the faith. Great food, not over priced, amazingly friendly staff, perfect service. Relaxing.I have no idea how the few bad reviews could be fact. There is more than enough room between tables. The staff all made a point of checking if all was ok even to the extent of one waiter coming from one side of the room over to me to see if I needed another drink. How many times have I been in a restaurant and a waiter covering another area comes over to ensure all was ok ? Never, so this was impressive and meant a 4 star went to a five star. Pity this restaurant is over 400 miles from home! The food was so good, well cooked and no skimping on ingredients.Loved it!!!!Dear TonyshopThank you for your review of Portofino and for putting your faith in Tripadvisor. Our Entrance isn't the the greatest but it certainly makes for some amazing views whilst eating. Your review is one that fills me with reassurance in my early journey of business owner having been here 21 years but only owned the restaurant a year and a half. We know we aren't fine dining as you say but we believe consistency is key to been successful in the industry hence why we are the oldest restaurant in the town. Ive passed your comments on to the waiting staff as this is the kind of response they will grow from after all life is all about the little things. Thank you so much for your kind words and we look forward to seeing you again when passing. All the best, Regards Noel
