we visited here a couple of weeks ago, as it had opened as an Indian buffet in December so decided to give it a go with visiting friends. I am a fan of Buffets, not that I'm a pig, but i find I am still hungry after a curry, so I liked the choice of having more! the choice however is limited ( well it was on our visit ) to just 4 curries, a house medium, a chicken korma, a chicken tikkka massala and a beef karai. so it covers the most popular i suppose. one of our party likes it hot though and didn't fancy that, but was able to select a meal of the menu ( there is a menu as well as the buffet ) and he was quite satisfied with his chicken Jalfrezi. beauty of the buffet was youy can get more rice more poppadums etc etc, and you could add samosa's pakora's and Bhaji's- i know these are probably seen as starters but i quite like them with my main meal, so nice to have the option. I quite like a milder curry so i was happy with the choice, and i filled up. for £9.95 a head I thought this was great value. it was a shame there was only another table in the restaurant when we arrived, but early days i suppose- the takeaway was busy though so #good luck to them. One other positive it is also bring your own! so a quick trip to Sainsbury's, made it a good cheap evening. my wife said she wouldn't rush back as the atmosphere was a bit quiet, ( as were only two tables eating ) but i would happily go back. i enjoyed the coconut balls, but they were too sweet for my wife.i had quite a few of them!!

On the last 5 occasions of visiting Oriental dragon, my order was simple. Small chips with one jumbo sausage. I have had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes every time, sometimes 30 to receive my order!On my last visit, someone who ordered after me was given their small chips first, meaning I had to wait for a new batch to be fried. This is also incredibly bad customer service.One star for the food tasting good and another for eventually getting it!

This is a take away fast food shop. We have often bought fish and chips from here, but the quality of the food seems to have gone downhill in recent months. The chips used to be light and fluffy and the batter on the fish was crisp and tasty. However, the last few times we have bought meals here, the chips have been overcooked, with lots of little hard pieces of overdone potato. The batter on the fish has also been soggy and it has been difficult to get the fish off the wrapping paper without breaking it. Such a shame as it used to be a Saturday evening treat.

My family has been buying delicious food from Simon and his family for around 30 years now, and I can honestly say it is the best Chinese takeaway for miles around.I don't live in Trowbridge any more, but I still buy from here as it is so much better than any of my more local takeaways!The Chow Meins are made with fine noodles which are delicious, and I highly recommend the salt and chilli chicken.

Had a takeaway from here on recommendations from a local,my partner asked the very friendly guys to put together a collection of food for a vegan /veggie meal.we received some delicious falafel,salad,flat breads,hummus,and aubergine dip,and some lovely baklava.wow,it was all amazing,never tried Syrian food before,its really great.Having had a look at the menu there are alot of other veggie/vegan options so will definitely be giving these lovely people and their amazing food another visit soon.

We got a takeaway delivered a year or so ago and really enjoyed it. Since then we have ordered regularly. We have always had a good meal and this is now a firm family favourite. They do deep fried battered spam and chips. Once a month I get 2 spam and one chips to shear with my mother. We both enjoy it and not had a supper yet. Thank you.
